A surprise seasoning
I don’t even remember why I bought this. I have very low vision and couldn’t decipher what it was. Tonight I made catfish and tempura batter so I threw a little of this product in and it was delicious. I would not exactly call it barbecue. It tastes slightly Asian to me, but I’m going to recommend it to everybody. I know I like the name too!

Put on the meats!!!
Great rub for pork or chicken. Use it on the grill and put it on any of the meats. Great for burgers too. Would purchase again.

Never buy this through Amazon.
Product is great when it comes undamaged or the seal is not broken. Guess what good luck getting it replaced. This is the second time I have received this product with the seal broken on several and this time one spilled all inside the package as well.
