I’ve been using these in my wound care now for nearly a month. The sticks are flexible as needed but don’t break. These cotton-tipped wood applicators have become a staple in our first aid kit. They’re sturdy, well-made, and the cotton tips are tightly wound — no loose fibers or shedding, which is exactly what you want when cleaning small cuts, applying ointments, or doing detailed wound care. The wooden stick is firm enough to give you good control without snapping or bending, unlike some of the flimsier options out there. I’ve used these for everything from applying antibiotic cream to cleaning around bandaged areas, and they always hold up. For cleaning my cats ears. Exactly like the kind that the vet has. They gave me a few extras one time when I had a cat that had continual ear infections for nine months. I tried everything and she had cultures done and several rounds of antibiotics to no avail. Then her Holistic acupuncturist (severe arthritis ) told me about Xymox which they sell on Amazon. A couple of doses of that and it was gone! Anyhow it's good to check them and keep them clean. One of my cats now has an allergy to chicken and so he was getting gun in his ears which does happen when they have allergies and a lot of itching until you get it figured out. Although this was way more than I needed you can't just buy a few of something like this. They are cotton and not a synthetic material and in sterile packaging. Exactly what I wanted!

These are great . The only challenge is the amount of cotton on the tip leaves a lot to be desired. However, it works fine in most applications Given that cavaet, I recommend it.

Good price. Individually wrapped. Ready for wound care…or whatever you use it for. They’re the long , medical grade “Q-Tips”/swabs that are sterile. They appear identical to hospital quality.

Do the Job

As described, good quality product. The cotton tips are compact and tight without any stray strands. Wooden sticks not plastic, better for the environment. I use these for post-operation wound treatment - for applying antispectic cream & scar treatment creams. Perfect for my needs.

Outer box was squashed but internal items were all in good condition and sealed.
