Super simple installing and great performance
It is very easy and convenient to replace an old yellow halogen bulb with a bright white LED. It doesn’t have bulky ballasts or numerous connectors. This product is great and straightforward, appears bright, and is of good quality.

Malfunctioning/Flashing
I installed these a few months ago, and at first they were very nice. Could be brighter, but noticeably brighter than the halogen bulbs I had in previously. However after the first month (unfortunately after the 30 day mark) the passenger side bulb started dimming, on and off frequently. After a few times of this happening I got out and looked at them to see if it was completely out. It was not, and from close up you couldn’t tell much of a difference. However when I’m driving I can’t see the side of the road, which is extremely dangerous where I am located. There are a lot of animals that will jump out and normally I’d be able to see them prior to that happening, but now I am not able to. I’ve gone through the other reviews and noticed I am not the only one experiencing this issue. I have also tried to troubleshoot myself to see if I may have installed it incorrectly, or maybe it was a wiring issue on my end. When I put my halogen bulbs back in, there were absolutely no issues. I went back to check, and the installation was correct. In theory these would’ve been very nice bulbs, but unfortunately they are unsafe and not worth your time or money.

Flickers Between Normal and Lower Intensity – Gets Worse Over Time
I installed these Oxilam M5S H7 LED bulbs in my 2012 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 since the listing said they would fit, which is technically true. The box also says 99%+ compatibility. Initially, they seemed to work fine, but over time, the performance has deteriorated significantly. The main issue is that the bulbs flicker between normal and lower intensity, instead of maintaining steady brightness. This has gotten worse over time, and now my car frequently displays Check Left Low Beam and Check Right Low Beam error messages. After consulting with someone knowledgeable about cars, I was told the issue is that the vehicle's electrical system not being fully compatible with these LEDs. While these bulbs physically fit, they clearly aren’t designed to function properly in this system.

Excellent quality. Great light output.
Fits and looks great. Fan dissipates heat. Increases visibility. Wish it was closer to 6000k like oem drl. Didn’t throw error codes. However, wished that it was able to be adjusted so that I’m able to aim it in the housing to 9/3 o’clock. Photo makes it look more blue than irl.

Much better than OEM lighting !!
I bought new headlight assemblies for my 2014 Hyundai Sonata. The OEM halogen lamps had burned out the original aluminized projectors, as noted in many You Tube videos. VERY POOR HYUNDAI ENGINEERING !!As part of the renewal, LED lamps were ordered to replace the Halogen. Unfortunately, the least expensive LED lamps turned out to be the most expensive as they were difficult to install with absolutely no instructions from the manufacturer (or supplier?).The car was disassembled according to the You Tube videos, but the LED re-assembly was difficult and resulted in three lamps that did not burn and two that would not stay in their tiny homes in the headlight assembly. So i sent the "inexpensive" lamps back and ordered the OXILAM lamps (4 H7 and 2 H8) which cost quite a bit more. Dis-assembled car sat forlornly in the driveway for a week waiting on lamps. After opening the new boxes, I found a little OXILAM instruction booklet which contained some absolutely critical information. The lamps fit perfectly into their tiny nests as i held the light assembly in my lap. Thirty minutes later I had all 6 lamps burning brightly and two hours after that I had the car re-assembled and a big smile on my face. Three hours of night driving in deer country this week convinced me that it was all worth it. I can see at night !! Much better than the original Hyundai lights when the car was new !!Thank You, OXILAM !!!Mississippi Engineer

Very bright and crisp lights but start flickering soon after install.
The bulbs fit very well in the factory sockets, but was a tad bit hard to install them to lock in. This is partially due to the Tiguan's clearance so I won't ding the bulbs for this.I wanted to love these LED lights but they did not last long at all. These were for my 2020 Tiguan to replace the factory incandescent lights.I have to say, they are bright and crisp and were such a night and day difference between the factory and these. I loved them at first but about a few weeks in I noticed the lights would ever so slightly dimming when at a stop and then would brighten up a smidge when putting on the gas. It wasn't horrible and I was able to over look it at first because they were so bright and crisp. But over the months they got worse and worse.I would say after around 6 months I noticed the lights flickering off and on. Not all the LEDs were flickering, is was as if some of the LEDs on each bulb would turn off but others would stay on so my lights were not shutting off completely but it was enough where it was not throwing a bulb warning on my dash. If I shut the car off and back on the fault would clear but depending on how frequent or how many LEDs flickered off at a time would determine if the fault would come up again. People in front of me probably think I am flashing my lights at them because they flicker so much now and are very noticeable.I bought these in May of 2024 and I am certainly at the point where I had to buy a new set, but because of my experience with this brand, I went to another brand. I will be installing them soon.It is a shame because I really like these lights. I gave it 2 stars because the lights are bright just not reliable.
