This product is well made and provides great protection for your pistol or revolver.Just wish they made a shorter length for small J-frame revolver.

I've used Sack-Ups for years. This Value Pack of five is offered by Amazon at a much better price than one finds at the Sack-Ups website. In addition, the manufacturer wanted more than $15 in shipping, whereas shipping was free with Amazon.

I have bought many of the Sacks-Ups for my guns, they protect against dings and rust.

I purchased these as an alternative to hand plane socks which are typically a lot more expensive (on a per sock basis, specialty store plane socks are often double the price). I can't comment on the ability of the socks to reduce rust as I will learn that over the seasons, however, I did want to comment that they are good sized socks (the package comes with five that are the size of the top sock in the picture, the others in the photo are folded - before ordering I was trying to figure out what the "tiny ones" were for, but I am an admitted knucklehead). They covered all of my planes easily - some cover multiple small planes. To give you an idea of capacity I was able to use one to cover a Sweetheart No. 62 low angle jack plane which is my largest plane. The 62 is fully in the sock but the draw string can only partially close - I would call that the maximum capacity.I don't know as of yet if these work well in preventing rust, or if there is something inherently different between the coating used in a gun sock versus that used in a plane sock (both are silicon coated) that will cause problems down the line. Fortunately or unfortunately my planes are not expensive brand name tools, nor are they collectors items, so if these don't work or leave an unacceptable residue on the planes, it isn't the end of the world.

I use Sack-Ups on all my guns that are stored in gun safe. They protect against rust and moisture, and I also can cram more guns in without damage.

Good product. Works as expected. I use the socks to keep full size pistols. No issues and pleased with product.

The gun socks are of good quality and the fabric allows excellent protection for the firearm. I have used these for years and they do the job. I am completely satisfied with the gun socks and the quick and efficient service by the company supplier.
