Hi Everyone, this review is for CrossBeats Intenz TWS EarbudsFirst of all about the performance of the product itself.....mine has been similar to some of the other negative reviews here...i.e. connection is not solid....disconnects automatically sometimes.....there is beeping noise without any cause sometimes (atleast I wasn't able to identify any)...you try using only the left one and the playback goes on pause on its own from time to time and then the touch response doesn't work to play it back....the fit itself is not that good and it does hurt after a prolonged period like more than an hour or 2 (it might depend upon an individuals ear structure)....but quite usable for short bursts....didn't use/check the call/mic functionality so can't comment on that, however the sound itself is not half bad.Now the main reason for me for writing this review. These headphones when you buy will reflect that they are replaceable within 7 days....(the keyword is replaceable not refundable)....however, if you come across any problems/issues/concerns for which you feel you are entitled for a refund then there is not even any way to do that....they don't let you connect to Amazon Customer Service for that and that in my eyes is really an underhanded way of doing things, cause there should be an option of refund if the product description itself is misleading.In the images shown attached, 2 screenshots could be seen from the product description itself...first of all looking at the case images, do they actually feel like the same color?....with the way TWS earbuds market is saturated our decisions (atleast mine) is affected a lot by the look and feel of the product itself and I bought this based on how it looked too....but I didn't get the product that I saw in the images or how it is described. If it looked silver only in one or 2 images I could have thought that maybe it's because of lighting effects....but you go through the whole product page and you'll see that all the images reflect the product as silver but in reality it is actually very dark grey...and the way the customer review are setup, they reflect reviews of multiple products of the same brand rather than for the specific product which you are buying. Everything is done in a way to trap the customer. I feel like part of the reason the images are set up in this way is to give the customers a sense of metallic feel for the product, I'm pretty sure there would have been some who would have thought in this manner.Also, for the part where it says "Luxury Leather"....please....it's just plastic with slightly textured effect...are you kidding me? They don't even know their own product...when you go through the manual it will say that white light will be reflected continuously while charging and it will turn off when fully charged.....it is actually red and not white.Even in the product description you would not see any details of color and in material they have mentioned "Silicon"......@Amazon - I'm not satisfied with the product and with the product description and feel like I have been cheated. I want to return this and would like a refund for the same. Please contact me for this.

I love this product i bought it in January this year and it has been working so well. It's a must buy at this price. The audio is superb with respect to its price and all. Overall it's a great product my mum loves it
