I really like it. Very easy to pair with my phone and works perfectly with the GoveeLife humidifier.

Easy peasy out of the package. App interface is easy to use and the graphs are nice. Im always monitoring places for temp and humidity. This was for the garage attic which I originally believed to be hot all the time but it varies way too much. I also want use it in my crawl space and for when sometimes water goes into the basement.

I put this in my greenhouse and it is an app on my phone so I can see the temperature inside the greenhouse whenever I like. It shows the humidity also. The reading is quite accurate and it's very functional. The Bluetooth connection is good the only thing is it's pretty slow to read the temperature. I don't know about the battery life yet because it's still working and I've had it for 6 months.

The device configured fine with the app though it's very slow to update. It actually seems much quicker just using Google Home. The temperature reading seemed fine initially but quickly (within a couple hours) fell to at least 7° F below the actual temperature (via a trusted infrared thermometer). This is beyond the range that can be corrected via calibration (5.4° F). I am in the process of contacting support for a replacement and will update if that experience is successful. Update: Support did provide a replacement after a reasonable amount of information requested. The replacement initially seemed to be way off as well (replacement: 75.6° F, original: 60.8° F, infrared thermometer: 68.3° F). However, after letting it settle/adjust (not sure why this was necessary), the new sensor appears to be accurate. The old seems to still sometimes be a few degrees low at least. Given this, updating my rating from a 1 to a 4.

Very economical WiFi temperature transmitter that allows me to few temperatures on my phone. Just what I was hunting for.

I bought this device to monitor a property that is currently vacant. It is two miles from my home. The house does have WiFi, which is used to connect this device to the internet. I set it with a minimum and maximum temperature for an alert. If it hits those numbers, I receive an Alert. In central Ohio, this winter it is imperative that I know what the temperature is in the house. It truly has given me a peace of mind. I don’t need to run over every day to be sure the house temperature is okay and to be sure the furnace is working. I check the App daily to be sure everything is okay. Highly recommended!!

I bought three of these to be able to easily check the temperature in different rooms via Alexa. I set the first one up in the Alexa app - which is a confusing process because there are two different Govee 'skills' to choose from, one seemingly for their thermometers and the other for the lights. First using the skill for the thermometers, Alexa couldn't find the device. Next using the skill for the lights, it discovered the device, but it would only show the humidity and the voice commands didn't work. I contacted Govee support and they confirmed this is expected. I suspect most people buy these to monitor temperature, but what good is an Alexa-compatible thermometer that doesn't work with temperature? I did keep one device, where monitoring the humidity is more important (for keeping musical instruments humidified) and returned the other two, though I'm now using the native app with it.
