Replacement part woes.
My wife's iPhone SE's power button broke, and she hates all the new bigger iPhones. I have done a handful of iPhone repairs over the years, but this one was definitely one of the more challenging when it comes to keeping track of all the screws. Nothing as bad as trying to fix an old iPod Nano... but make sure you have the time and patience, it's a LONG repair. As far as the part, it does not perfectly match the original OEM cable that I removed from my wife's iPhone SE (this is the phones first tear down). It seemed cool that the part included the Volume Button plate with switches attached; however, for some reason, the left hole in mine still had a rivet, which seems like a manufacturing glitch. No rivet is pictured in the product photo. After tearing down the phone, and putting it together I found the Power Button DOES work, along with most of the phone, but unfortunately, the Down Volume switch is dead. I did a lot of tinkering with the switch, as well as making sure the ribbons were cleanly set. Nothing fixed the issue, so I suspect I got a dud. I have a replacement on order, but I'm not looking forward to another 2-3 hour tear down.

Take your time
You can see by the several end points on the assembly this will take some time to install. Organize the screws and parts carefully to get everything back in its right spot. The switches and adhesive are done well. All pieces set into place where they needed to go. The assembly worked as advertised and fixed my phone. There are numerous Youtube videos to help. Careful you don't tear something else during the install. I did and it was only by chance I spotted it and replaced it, too. Saved me buying a new phone. Good Luck!

Buckle up buttercup
You better have a high mechanical aptitude for this. Really, it’s not terrible, but you have absolutely got to pay attention to your parts, their screws, and the amount of beers you’ve been drinking while performing this task. I was successful, but this took me four hours. You’ve got to remove EVERYTHING. Even the motherboard. This bad boy is stuck to the metal frame of the phone. Gotta love engineers. Treat yourself right, take breaks. My neck and head were screaming bloody murder when I finished and the day after. Like the first time you ever drank whiskey and you had enough for the whole party.

Works but difficult repair
Fixed our iPhone SE (gen 1) power button problem. Everything works good.Repair is NOT for the faint of heart. Search and watch YouTube for videos on replacing.Took me about three hours. You must remove the motherboard to do this repair. If you’re slow, neat (keep track of all screws noting where they came from), careful, meticulous and mechanically inclined you MAY be able to do this. But if you have no choice it’s far cheaper than a new phone.Good Luck!!

Works
It seemed slightly to big when I installed it, but everything works great after installation (if you can manage it). Product was fairly priced and shipped on time. I would have no problem buying from this seller again.

Worked
Increase volume button stopped working-- I got the phone a little wet one day... everything else still worked. Checked out this part and the repair video on YouTube. This item arrived on time and it was a much more involved repair than the other things I've done on my phone (changed the battery, screen, home button). But I got it in and everything went back together. Up volume still didn't work but everything else did still-- so here it is-- a quality part sold by a quality seller with fast shipping.

Not an exact match and vibrate on constantly now.
Unfortunately the part was not an exact match to the factory item and I had to remove a ground line from the original and add it to this one. Additionally as soon as reassembled the vibrate function started and no amount of tinkering is turning it off. Looks like a dud but I am past the return date. A lot of hours gone for nothing.
