Excellent Work out tool to use!!!
Excellent product! Good quality and easy to use. Simple instructions for a fast supplemental workout. Myself and husband use this product 3 times a week and have already seen great results. You won't be disappointed with looking better. The value is certainly worth the investment and comfortable as well as light weight to wear.

Great addition to a workout routine!
I have been using this ab stimulator since March, and I am impressed! My ab results had plateaued, and the stimulator was what I needed to get over the hump! I also find it helpful for my calves and forearms. As others have mentioned, it's important to maintain the gel pads. Highly recommend!

Great product!
I use this product a few times per week, and have noticed the changes in my waist size. My pants are starting to fall off my waist. I wish I had the time to use it more consistently.

Major flaw in the sticky pads.
It is the first day of using the simulator, too early to know how effective it is. But did notice a major flaw in the sticky pads. Right out of the box, they start falling off, also when they lose contact with the skin they shut off. The only way to guarantee that they’re not going to come off is to sit or lie down to avoid movement. The manufacturer needs to improve on the sticky pads greatly. I purchased the $62 version and now I’m wondering did I get ripped off. I will have to wait and see if I see any improvement to know if I did or not. Also, if you just got your product or are about to you will notice that each pad has a plastic cover over it that has to be peeled off to use it. Do not throw the plastic covers away you need to put them back on when you’re done to protect the sticky pads.In addition, the manual also needs to be greatly revised. As far as I can see the mode button does not perform anything. Once you turn it on and find the strength you want to use, clicking on the mode button changes into another mode that does nothing. If anyone has figured out what the mode button is for, I would appreciate what they discoveredAlso, I found it interesting video on YouTube about electrical stimulation. It claims that you have to mimic the motion when you do normal weight training with electric stimulation. The reason is that under normal weight training, your brain sends a signal for the movement and then afterward repairs any damaged cells and/or adds more muscle to that area if needed. With electrical stimulation, you’re performing the opposite. Performing the motion on the muscle you’re stimulating you're triggering your brain to perform the motion and then later repair or add more muscle if needed. Without the movement, there’s never a signal going to the brain telling it to perform the motion, so the brain never attempts to repair or add muscle mass. Not sure how accurate this is, something you may want to try.

Defintely worth the try
I like the sleek design and the rechargeable discs. I used it twice so far and I like the different types of modes & intensities. I think its going to take some getting use to, but I like how interchangeable the pads are. They send extra gel pads for when the original ones lose their stickiness, which is a bonus reason to get it. For now I will leave a 4 star review. In a few weeks, if it deserves 5 stars, I will update my review.

works but hard to keep stuck
Pros: Good stomach workout, and I can feel washboard abs developingGood range of intensities and patternsReasonable charge per battery -- can get 3 or 4 runs out of one chargeCons: It's hard to keep stuck, and if it becomes unstuck then painful zaps and burns can occur. Don't use the woman's advice who said, 'you can use tape to keep it down'. It pulls out hair, and the tape rips the top off of the device and damages it. Don't use tape to hold it down. It's better to get a belt or strap to hold it down. The single straps are hard to place on places like the obliques.Overall: skip this.. While it works, it's too expensive for its limitations and hazards. The design is interesting, but I would have been better off getting a belt that fastens with Velcro. I'm buying additional Velcro belts now, but they might not work. This device also requires frequently buying the sticky pads, which you'll have to do every couple of weeks if you use it only a few times a week.
