Works great no issues yet
I run my PS5 and Xbox Series X into this, and then into my Sony 900H. So far no issues that I have had or could tell. Just make sure you are using the correct cables to get all of the features you expect from those devices. I was using lower grade cable, and while the Xbox home screen would display, when I went to play a game the screen would go black or freeze. I replaced the cable with an 8k cable with a high bandwidth and everything worked as expected. I did have to turn off eArc features in both systems since one would want to turn on the other, and then the Auto sense feature would sometimes swap the picture. The TV is large, and I sit far back from the screen. The indicator lights on the unit are all green, so it was difficult to tell when the "Auto Switch" feature was engaged. By disabling the eArc/CEC features in both the Xbox and PS5, I dont worry about it any more.

Put this on a timer or smart plug
Works just as you would expect. But it stays on constantly unless you use the remote to turn it on or off. What I did was put it on a smart outlet and when I go to bed, the power gets cut off. When I wake up, it gets power back on. That way, it's not on all the time. It does get warm when on even when not in use. I wanted to extend the life and save power. What would make it better is self power off when no signal detected. Though, it detects constant signal coming from my Smart TV even when TV is off. Not sure if self power off would work that way. Either way put this on a smart outlet and put it on a routine. Other than that, it works just fine.

[REGRET] The good, the bad and the ugly
The good:=======- Noticed no problems with the picture quality (remember to order a couple HDMI 2.1 cables to make this work - if your TV supports HDMI 2.1)- The remote works reliably- You'll be able to wake your TV by powering on devices connected to the switch (enable CEC on TV and devices)The bad:======- For manual switching, the remote needs to be operated from line of sight (IR based remote)The ugly:======- The automatic switching is extremely bad. It relies on a "new device power on" signal. So, It'll work for people who are always switching their DVD/STB/etc on right before use and off right after - but not for someone like me who likes to switch inputs automatically amongst already on (or probably in sleep/rest mode) devices. Example: if you were to use an Apple TV 4K + PS5 as inputs on the switch, you won't be able to switch from Apple TV 4K to your PS5 by pressing the "PS" button on your controller, or from your PS5 to Apple TV 4K using the Siri remote.

Just exactly what I needed
After going through two 8K@60Hz and 4K@120Hz switches I came across this switch hoping it would satisfy my need to expand my HDMI ports and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations! The first switch I bought heated up like a furnace. The second switch I bought wasn't to my liking. This switch not only has heatsink built in, it has an on and off switch which really comes in handy when I'm not using it. I can confirm it does support 4K@120Hz, VRR, Dolby Vision, HDR 10, G-Sync, and ALLM.

Open box
I bought what i thought was a new never opened product however upon receiving the product the security stickers were cut the remote was out of the wrapper and the battery saver (plastic between the battery and the terminals you pull out to energize the remote) was pulled out and sitting in the bottom of the box. Product seems to have some glitches and delays, unsure if it is due to the fact it is an open box and possibly defective product or if that is the nature of the product. The photo is of exactly what the product looked like when i opened it

Works great
I did not test this device extensively but why would I? It works great for my everyday use where I have my game consoles and a couple of Blu-ray connected. The picture and sound work as expected. For the price, I have no complaints.

Works with Xbox Series X 4K at 120Hz
UPDATE: The connection on this one at 4K 120Hz HDR was unstable. Randomly Flickers black for a second. Had an issue where it did not come back at all one time. Messaged vendor and we tried brand new HDMI cables. Vendor is sending replacement. We will see if it was a faulty unit.Original Review:Unlike it's competitors, this works with Xbox Series X 4K at 120Hz. It also has a nice auto swap feature that you can disable.
