The seller reached out immediately and tried to remediate any issues between it's products and customers. This to me is one of the most valuable pieces of buying a product. Although it is fairly lightweight, its performance—from suction power and battery life to overall quality—is mediocre at best.I live in a 1,600 sq ft house with hardwood floors. To thoroughly vacuum the house, I mostly need to use the ECO mode, which is effective for picking up cat hair—my cat sheds a lot. However, for litter and high-traffic areas, I must switch to TURBO mode, which quickly drains the battery.The charging process is also disappointing. Using the wall attachment to hang the device requires manually inserting and removing the power adapter tip each time. It would have been more convenient if the hanger had a power connection and the vacuum had contact points for quick attachment and detachment.Additionally, the small wheels on the vacuum began to squeak shortly after I started using it. They became extremely loud and annoying. Spraying a bit of lubricant on the wheel hardware helped quiet them down somewhat.Overall, if you're looking for an affordable, cordless, lightweight vacuum with okay performance, this might be a good option. However, if you're seeking a high-quality vacuum comparable to premium models, I recommend looking elsewhere. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

I bought this because my robot vacuum died and I run a daycare in my home. It was getting annoying having to sweep every single time a kid ate, or lug out my corded vacuum to clean the rugs. I am glad I got this particular vacuum. It works well for what I need (quick clean up). I love the headlight, it shows dirt I can't even see. It works well on hardwood floors. It's picked up all sorts of food, I just have to lift it up if they are big pieces (goldfish). The only food it hasn't worked on is Pirates Booty.It's definitely quieter than my corded vacuum (except for when it's on high suction mode). It was decently priced. It is lightweight and very easy to maneuver. I love being able to clean my car with it too.The only reasons I gave it 4 stars is because when I switch to full power mode to use on rugs, the battery does drain really quickly. And it is annoying that it doesn't stand on it's own. I chose this vacuum over another version that was self-standing because I figured it wouldn't be too bad having to lean it on furniture, but it really has to be laid down completely. I'm hoping installing the wall mount and getting a second battery will help with these issues.
