This tastes great! I can definitely taste the added pumpkin puree. These are better when they are warm and eaten within a day or two. There's not any weird protien powder, sugar substitute, or any of the strange tastes that comes with gluten free, high protien and or low carb foods. I'm impressed with the quality and the texture. Gluten free baked goods have came a long way, but there is still a struggle to find anything that has good moisture, won't dissolve or fall apart being heald, won't have an off after taste, or doesn't have a grainy texture. Luckily this is very good in all those areas. I got this for several family members dietary restrictions. I have Hashimotos and I can't have gluten or soy, plus my diet is high protien low carb. My son is body building so there's a lot of things he has to consider and the calories to protien is worth it for him. Then my Sister in law and mother in law are diabetic. My sis in law controls hers by being keto. So at family birthdays, or get togethers, because of our restrictions, the 4 of us can't eat what everyone else does which is fine, but to find a good tasting gf, no soy, low carb, low calorie, high protien dessert is extremely hard to do so we are very happy that fits everyone's needs. It has been a long time since most of us have had any type of cake so we are happy I found this.

I’m so impressed with this protein pancake mix! It’s super easy to prepare—just add water or milk—and the pancakes come out fluffy and delicious every time. I’ve tried other protein mixes before, but this one really stands out because it doesn’t have that chalky or artificial aftertaste. Each serving packs a solid amount of protein, which makes it perfect for a quick and satisfying breakfast or post-workout meal. Plus, it keeps me full for hours! I also love that it’s made with wholesome ingredients and is lower in sugar compared to other brands. The versatility is a bonus—I’ve used it to make waffles and even protein muffins. Wasn't the best protein I was hoping I'd like it but was chalky tasting

To be fair I wasn’t expecting a lot when I ordered this item and this product did fail to deliver on almost every front. First off I would not consider the finished product a “cupcake” in any sense other than it wears a paper cupcake liner when completed. The finished product’s texture is grainy, dense and chewy. It is certainly not light and airy and looks nothing like the product photo on the package (see photos). The only plus I can muster out if this disaster is there’s plenty of fiber in the finished baked goods. There’s quite a bit of work involved for a sub-par end result. There’s also the added “gotcha” of the listed ingredients including 3 tablespoons of pumpkin puree. I don’t know about anyone else but that’s not something I usually have in hand. And once it’s applied to the mixture what use do I have for a can of pumpkin puree minus 3 tablespoons? The cupcakes do not rise and need a longer bake time than listed. I am a fairly skilled cook and no stranger to baking. This product is not home kitchen friendly. The process is laborious and exacting and certainly not justified by the end result. I’ll not be using this product ever again. The time involved plus the cost of the product and the ingredients needed to complete the recipe are certainly not justified by the very disappointing final baked product.

I recommend either a non-stick muffin pan and cooking spray. Hard to remove paper baking cups. These were tasty.

So, when I bought this cupcake mix (bought chocolate and vanilla) I was afraid of it not working out as there were no reviews to go off of. Our daughter turned 1 and my husband and I figured we'd be eating most of the cake and it made sense to buy a protein mix as we are watching our macros and following high protein diets. To be honest, when I first got the packages, I acted like the bags weren't filled all the way up and thought it might be a rip off. But disregard that as the recipe calls for only 1.5 cups of the mix. So we had leftover mix from each flavor even with making a whole cake (one layer vanilla, one layer chocolate). It is indeed satisfying like the package states, which was great because then we didn't eat the whole cake in one sitting. Or shall I say most of it. We are used to different protein mixes and enjoy them so the taste was really pleasant for us. I used way more vanilla extract then the recipe calls for but I do that almost anytime I bake with vanilla. I'm very happy with the purchase and would buy again. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews but reviews aren't everything so I'm glad I took the chance. I rarely review products, although I should, which is why I did with this product. What a great buy! 5 stars for sure!!

I absolutely am in love with this product! Its the best protein product that I've ever tried and believe me...I've tried soooo many. Its versatile, I add it to yogurt and theres no gritty taste. All their flavors and other products in their line is now becoming my very favorite way to get in lots of protein

I bought the cinnamon swirl and added blueberries, otherwise following the recipe. They did stick a bit to the cupcake liners, so I will spray the paper lightly next time. I think these will be a yummy treat without the guilt. I plan to drizzle some Cinnamon Swirl cookie butter mixed with a touch of milk on top next to make like a glaze. Also these are not dry at all. I cooked exactly 12 min like the package says — they seemed a touch jiggly when I pulled out but set up fine. Maybe people saying it was dry cooked too long?
