I am 77 years old and I have noticed that I have started to slouch. I have started to develop back pain from it.I bought this and it works great. I wear it and my back pain goes away.My only complaint is that the straps that go under the arms are rough and irritate the skin. I wear it under my shirt.I ended up getting a set of seat belt pads. they fit the straps well and are soft against my skin.Now I am perfectly satisfied with this unit. I would buy it again. Although it is well made and I don't think I will ever have to replace it.Yes, I would recommend it to others.Make sure that you check their chart and order the right size.

I am using to pull my injured shoulder back and it does so gently. I wish it would pull a bit stronger, but it's very good. Surprisingly easy to get on and off, even with a painful shoulder. Good product, I'd buy it again.
