I'm posting this review after weeks of usage: 1) Looks: Very elegant, looks very premium. 2) Comfort: It is very comfortable, it doesn't hurt my ears after hours of usage. 3) Battery: The battery capacity is very good compared to other devices, I usually use it for 4-5 hours . 4) Sound: With 13 mm drivers it has a very punchy sound, with just 40 percent volume it delivers sound equal to 90 percent of other devices. 5) Touch buttons: The touch response is very good, it quickly responds as soon as you touch it. 6) Music quality: It has a balanced bass and you can hear every musical instrument of every song. 7) Calling: Calling quality is very clear for both ends. Overall it is a very premium looking, well performing device for such an attractive price range.

Bought these earphones in August and within 15 days both side of the earphones started having connectivity issues with the pods connecting and disconnecting by themselves, the touch sensors stopped responding, any voice be it music or calls the voice had started to lag and glitch out, I filed a warrenty claim with them, the product took almost a week to be picked up for warrenty and then they took about 16 to 17 days to check and send out the "new" And apparently "working" Earphones. After I received them the very next day they stopped working again and having the same kind of issues. Currently I tried to file another warrenty claim however they are not letting me stating I have to email on the same email from my previous claim, when I tried to email them it comes up as "no reply" Email so now I will have to go out of my way to contact them via alternate contact or email after looking it up on their website overall it's horrible customer service and if a product breaks down within 15 days of ordering the same can be said about their products

Sound quality is very good Very comfortable to wear and fit in ear. There is minor lagging in sound in games but overall very good product Working good

One of the earpeice of left side stopped working after 10 months. So that's a letdown. Howeve, Good sound quality and bass, clear sound, good sound on calls too, good battery life and looks.

I have purchased the same on 2023 and warranty got expired, After expiration of Warranty the left earbird battery Performance getting drain fast and already have a customer care to register this issue, they are saying that this product is totally out of warranty and we don't repair the same and said that you need to purchase the same. If there are no Solutions to repair the same, then how customer will buy this product? And how will they trust for this product? Just to show branding, reaches and many more. It means that they are spoiling company name and customer money wasting. I am very much unhappy with this product.

Awesome product at this price packaging was good also the looking of a product looks unique as compared to other product. Also the sound quality is awesome, I like bass and smooth sound it’s worth for the price, it’s very comfortable and battery also super. It is stylish in design, it can easily connect to phone or laptop it just take couple of seconds to pair.
