The best possible cotton flannel for doing liver packs!
I have used this product for doing liver packs for years. I also use Heritage Store organic castor oil for my packs. This company is fantastic and its products are top quality! The material is nice and thick , but also soft. It holds up for long-lasting use.

Pricey, but what I needed
The cotton flannel is as promised. Several layers thick, sown together at the edges. For use, I fold in thirds for abdomen at night. Very pricey, but paid for the convenience of not having to sew one myself. It’s important to me to have the multiple layers.
