I bought this a few months ago and I wasn't too thrilled at the beginning, the ball kept getting stuck and I felt it either had too much length on the cord or too little sand, I opted to tie knots on the line to shorten the length of the ball and it took a few tries to get the hang of it, you have to find your rhythm swinging your hips like a hula hoop and after that, it was just a matter of how much I could do. I was not very good and unable to keep it going for more than 2-3 minutes so I've increased little by little and so far I've been able to keep the ball spinning for 15 minutes. It is fun to challenge yourself to last more than the last time and you feel your legs, arms, and butt working out with this thing. It does seem like the wheels inside wear off the inside of the hoop with every spin so we’ll see how long it last.

Love it! I almost returned it because it kept getting stuck on a link. Obviously user error!! Lol I don’t know how to hula hoop so I struggled but finally got the hang of it and now I love it!!! I’m already down a link after only “2 days” of use! Mind you I’m not a pro yet so it’s been a lot of stop and start but even just continuing to try over and over I can feel it working! I can feel it in my arms from holding my arms up out of the way, my legs, and my belly almost all of my problem areas except for my chin but I’d say that’s a win! Plus it’s a lot of fun, I can’t stop laughing. My advice wear tennis shoes for stability so you don’t go sliding around and better grip for thrusting your hips, try a rock side to side or side to front motion whichever works best for you, wear your links fairly comfortably snug so it can remain even while the weight rotates around you, also while you’re first learning it may help to tie a knot and shorten the string and once you get the hang of you can loosen it again, lastly turn on your music don’t give up and just have fun!

Well, I got a good year of use out of this hoop. I was using it this week and it stopped working. Just looked up the order and it's been just about a year. I have not used it consistently, but for 30+ minutes at a time probably at least 45 sessions throughout the year. So, not too bad for the price. It is loud, even with ear buds in the noise is a lot. Will probably repurchase or possibly upgrade to an Infinity Hoop.

It’s a great way to break a sweat but the ball stops a lot I don’t regret my purchase just get keep restarting feels like good quality thinner than the infinity hoop but all and all it’s definitely worth the 20$ over the 80 bucks I’ll keep using this one till I’m good at make sure I’m dedicated enough and then actually purchase the brand name one

So easy to out together. It’s feels really sturdy and not cheaply.

This item is defective. The weight does not smoothly go around the hoop. It gets stuck. This item should not be sold.

This product works really well so far. I've used it maybe 4-5 times, and while the noise level is a bit higher than I'd like, it was easy to install and easy to use. I have a lot of fun using this, and I'm sure that it works just as well as the expensive version. If you hoop outside, bounce around some while using this, it's a great way to get in some cardio while also tightening your core muscles. I plan to do this 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes a day, and this has not let me down so far! I can feel it working as my abs flex. Remember to keep your core tight while you're exercising! (Also, I read a review that said that the ball had nothing filled in it, but that is absolutely not the case with the one I got.)

I am addicted. It's the best thing ever. It's so much fun to use. Be aware, though, that it is quite loud.

Work well. Still learning how to keep it spinning longer then one minute before it stops

This is a fun product but noisy. Easy to assemble and remove sections. Can not see this lasting with continous use.

So I finally got this weighted hula hoop after my previous one was stolen only to get a defective one where the central moving pieces were getting caught on the links and losing momentum, sent it back

Garbage didn’t last two weeks
