Best resistant starch product on the market!

So, I've been consuming what is likely just over a tablespoon daily since late December, it's is likely too early to make any sort of definitive statement, but I anecdotally do appear to be experiencing a really positive impact on my digestion from taking it. Backing in the literature for the consumption for RS2 is unassailable, and this product was the one that I found that was primarily created/marketed specifically for that purpose, so that was the reason for my purchase. I will say that I tried a raw potato starch and I didn't really notice anything. So, overall, while the price point is slightly higher than some products, often you do get what you pay and I'm quite pleased.

I want to love this, but their customer services is completely unreachable. I've tried by contacting them on their website and emailing directly. Unfortunately, a brand that isn't transparent is a concern for me... I want to know that the product I'm putting in my body is something they stand behind and are proud of and willing to transparently answer questions about. Specifically, I'd love to see some third party testing or a COA confirming its heavy metal content and RS2 amount that they market.

Be warned that scientific studies that showed the positive effects of RS starch in humans have all been at around a 40G per day dose. Similar studies done at only 20 Grams failed to show any significant change in short change fatty acid production meaning that the gut biome wasn't improved in any meaningfully testable way. 40 grams does show these improvements and weight loss. You may be getting some resistant starch naturally from diet but that is probably even less than the one serving size of this and then only if you are trying. Product is fine but you will need to consume four to five times the recommended amount to achieve a positive result.

I've noticed a positive change in my gut since taking Jonny's green banana resistant starch. It mixes easily into shakes and yogurt and is tasteless. I highly recommend this product for gut health!
