I wear them to bed at night to try to straighten out my big toes. I don't know if I will ever be able to ear them all day inside my shoes, but that is my goal. Right now I have to take them off in the middle of the night because it hurts a lit in-between my toes. I think I just need more time to build up tolerance to them.

This did not help my sore bunion at all. It hurt it worse, and did nothing to help the pain. My bunion is not large at all and just started acting up. Never had pain before so this is not a bunion that has caused any previous pain until now. I wish it had helped, but it did not. Too small and I am a woman with 7 1/2 shoe size. I bought the medium and is way to small and too tight.

The concept is good and it does separate the toes. However, after a while the rubber thing between the toes starts to hurt after a short time but this is the same with any brand. They need to come up with a softer material (not necessarily gel that sounds comfortable but is not) for in between the toes. This is really a R&D issue with actual trials.

Product works well. I use it everyday and it seems to be helping. I wear it during work and I have had no problems with pain. Would recommend.
