Very poor design. I like the material and the bulkiness of most of the case, but if you look VERY closely in the pictures you can see that the case doesn’t extend to cover the top edge of the phone. This allows you to slide the phone in and out without having to have a two piece case, but it offers absolutely no protection to the top edge of the phone. So if you drop it and it falls and hits the top edge by the ear piece, no bueno. It also doesn’t have a lip that extends up around the whole edge of the screen. So your screen is flush or actually sticks out past the case if you look at it from the side. No protection if setting the phone face down. Lots of charging power, but the cons definitely outweigh the pros.

This came in handy went I went Disneyland. I used my phone pretty much the whole time there and when I ran out of battery it recharged my phone one full time and then again about halfway. My only issue is that once it reached 80% it would automatically stop charging. I’d have to press the back button again to charge every few minutes to get it to start again. At first I was scared to slid it onto my phone but once I got the hang of it I had no issues.

Charged the case overnight and went to use it the next day and when I turned it on all four lights lit up (like it was fully charged) stayed that way for about five minutes and thankfully I checked it because when I did it had gone down to one light and then not even five minutes later the case turned off. I’m not sure if i just received a defective one or maybe the charging cord had a short. I will be trying again with a different cord and if it does the same thing I will be returning. Bummer!Edit: the case is trash, will be returning ASAP. Charged my phone 3% and then the case died. Wasn’t even on for 10 minutes.

The description says this is compatible with the lightning cable and that Apple headphones work, etc. I tried plugging this into 2 different cars and music will not play using the standard cable when connected to the USB port in my car. It seems to have a lightning cable port that works for charging but it seems like it is some kind of knock off version that doesn’t completely work.

I’m a start off by saying that this product at the onset was phenomenal however what they don’t tell you is that after the tour three times if using it you been to the connector that the iPhone is next to treasure hindering it impossible to actually charge the phone which is the purpose of the case do not recommend this case at all fantastic amount of capacity terrible terrible performance because I cannot get it charge phone at all

Mophie could learn a lot from the company that created this case. Battery capacity of 6000mah is amazing. I recharge my iPhone X 2-3 full times before having to plug back into a wall charger. Even better is its ability to stop charging at 100%. No more overcharging. Had issue of peeling on back, company instantly shipped me a replacement. Great case and great service

This is a great charger and greatly extends the life of the iphone x. No top, but fits snuggly and have never been concerned about the fit on the phone. A minor issue with the first charger shipped was quickly resolved by the seller who went above and beyond to correct the issue.

Product was delivered on the 2nd of May it simply stopped charging my phone on the 10th. It is not an Apple supporter product and if you have an up to date iOS after using your headphones for 10-15 mins it will stop working and your phone will tell you not a supported accessory.
