Had my for months now they hurt my ears have bad mic echo an jus not an good overall product k

I canceled my order an hour after my kid placed the order and they tell me they cant cancel it. What BS is that. 2 days before it got shipped and you cant stop the order and cancel it. What kind of clowns work there. Now I have to go through the BS of shipping it back and on top of that wait for a refund, which will probably be another 2 weeks. I know this is more of an amazon complaint but the headset is garbage and a waste of money so dont buy it.

Very comfortable

I've had for 3 months. My Jack broke off in my computer, so I had to bring it in to be removed from my PC. Never had this happen before. Cheaply made.

Not 100% sure the headset is compatible with the voice changer. The latter came with several contradictory sheets of documentation, much of it in a teeny tiny font suitable for reading by Ant-Man but not us normal humans, and also clearly translated poorly from another language. Wires supplied with the voice changer were thin and frail, and the sound was horribly staticky; I ordered separate audio cables that worked better, but even after I tried every cabling configuration I could think of as well as the ones in the documentation, I still couldn't get the voice changer function to work anywhere other than in the headset itself, i.e. I could not record voice on my PC or indeed get the mic to work online. Missed the return window by a few days or I would probably be sending it back.

This doesnt even work its barely changes your voice and the headset is awful

They are so much fun to use

Obviously not the best quality and cannot get the voice changer to transmit to the other person. I can only hear it in the headset it self.
