Love it, so convenient
Love these. This is the perfect size. Kept cold things cold all night. Kept hot things nice and warm too. I have 3 of these for parties, get togethers and use to take to a friend and familyโs house- easily portable and convenient. I make drinks ahead of time and donโt have to bother making drinks and get to enjoy myself. Friends and family help themselves. I highly recommend at least owning one of these krafts.

It Just Doesnโt Keep Coffee Warm
I was really hoping this coffee pot would keep my coffee hot for at least a little while, but it barely does the job. Within a few minutes, my coffeeโs already lukewarm, which means I end up popping it in the microwave to reheat itโkind of defeats the purpose of a coffee pot, right? On top of that, the whole thing feels cheaply made. The lid doesnโt fit snugly, so Iโm constantly worrying about spills. Overall, Iโm just disappointed. If youโre looking for something reliable that actually keeps your coffee hot, Iโd suggest looking at other options. This one just doesnโt cut it.

Wears Out Over Time
Good company. They replaced my first one after the lid broke, and wouldn't hold the heat anymore. But, while the second one hasn't broken, it fails to retain heat anymore. I'm not sure how that happens, but when I first got it, it kept tea hot for hours. Now, the tea gets cold after an hour, if it makes it that long. Not sure how that can happen, but it does. Looking for a heated carafe to keep the tea hot.

Great Airpot!
I use this outside in a temperate area (45-55F during our winter) for our awesome delivery drivers (we live on the second floor). I tested it with hot water overnight, first night 20 hours/104 degrees when opened, second night 16 hours/122 degrees when tested, so plenty warm for the entire day outside. I do place this airpot in a plastic box to shield it from the wind, but it is no way airtight. I would recommend to a friend.

Retains both heat and flavor
This has become a staple of our mornings - the wife and I both need our quota of tea or coffee in the mornings. With this dispenser, we can just make a big batch, enough to last us through the morning and afternoon. Ironically, this has also helped us reduce our consumption since we can just dispense a smaller portion of hot liquid rather than brewing a whole cup each time. Acts as a space, energy and time save, all in one. The only gripe i have is that the top is not removable and I'm forced to use the provided brush to clean it. Once the latter wears out or is lost, you're forced to purchase another (if available) brush.

Durability issue - otherwise I would have been 100 percent happy!
Great while it lasted (Oct 2024 - Feb 2026 -- 16 months). Pump works great. Keeps water hot in cold weather. However, the top no longer latches shut. I can tape it down while traveling and using, but that is just awkward. This feature needs to be revamped and improved!

Review: I first wrote that it was excellent. But after the 3rd use the heat does nit hold at all. Less that 2 hours of really hot water and cold-warm after 4 hours. Not as expected and I will not buy a 2nd one, of course. Previous review: "I tested it for 8 hours, and it proved perfect for enjoying tea throughout the day. I gave it 4 stars because I'm concerned about durability of the lid lock. The locking mechanism is made of plastic, which may wear out or break over time. But it is a great efficient thermal bottle. I will buy a 2nd one to keep with hot water for tea."

I have only used this once but I have to say I love it! I pre-heated with hot water as I brewed my hot chocolate and then had it out ice fishing in the open air for a couple hours. It stayed hot and was super easy to transport and serve from. Kids and adults thought it was great. I can tell this will get a lot of action for winter activities as well as cold drinks in the summer. I may have to invest in a larger one - this served a good group but I ended up filling it again.

Poor design on clips holding lid down. They barely catch as they are only 1-2mm of hook, and are tilted upward so that only the very edge of the hooks hold. Lid has more than that in wiggle so hooks are constantly popping out, meaning the lid cannot be closed reliably or for long. I Do Not recommend this version.

I guess I thought this would be an easier task than lifting and pouring for my arthritic mother-in-law, but silly me it's not pressurized it's just got a big button on top like a hand soap pump and you have to press it down to force air into the pot and out comes the coffee. It works great but sadly takes a little more strength to compress fully than she was able to muster (she's almost 80). I brought it to work though and it's been a huge hit with its bigger capacity than the old carafe and one complete push down of the button gets you a good full cup of joe. I only use black coffee in it - no sugars, dairy, or wines so cleaning isn't an issue. I just fill it with boiling water and pump it a few times to clear everything out. The only issue is that the pump doesn't actually reach the bottom half inch of liquid so you have to open it up and dump it to get it completely empty. This is fine if you want to toss whatever it is but if you want to drink it you may be out of luck because there is no way to actually pour anything *out* of the container neatly. I tried to pour what remained into a smaller pot to take with me in my truck and it went everywhere! So plan on a funnel if you want to empty it and save the drink. Pros - excellent heat retention - high capacity - convenience for transport - perfect mugful one-pump pour - looks nice - swivel base Cons - takes a bit of muscle - impossible to pour out of neatly - pump doesn't reach bottom
