Very impressed! Very simple, easy to use, ready right out of the box! Obviously someone at customer support took the time out to personalize the set up as well with my own group named after me, and exemplified with a hand written card stating the “company” name set up as! This unit came with 2 handheld radios, 2 batteries, 2 SIM cards (preprogrammed), 2 quick release, breakaway lanyards, 2 tether lanyards, 2 belt clips, 2 usb-c charging cords, and 2 wired headsets. The documentation is sketchy at best… instructions are in Chinese, so me being English speaking, kinda useless. But very simple menu, not much to adjust, also can be programmed via the computer, there are English instructions for that but you will definitely need a magnifying glass to read those. But again, very simple easy to use right out of the box, highly recommended!

Unable to use the radios as I never received instructions/credentials for the software I need to download to manage the radios. The barcode on the screen does not work, no way to contact seller….

I purchased a set of these PTT LTE radios for use in USA. We use them for outdoor activities like skiing/snowboarding and dirt bike riding. We are located in the northeastern USA so there is plenty of cell tower coverage. So far the longest distance we have communicated with each other was about 45 miles. The sound quality is crystal clear. Battery life on standby is a few days but I really haven't run them down to empty yet. I really like the idea of having crystal clear private comms for when we are out doing recreational things. My only regret is not buying a third handset. I will reach out to manufacturer and see if another could be added to my talk-group. I also wanted to mention that the radios came pre-configured right out of the box so everything just worked perfectly as soon as I powered them on. Definitely money well spent. 10/10

Like it says so far so good. These little are fun, simple to use, and program with a PC. The way these things work is interesting. my wife is traveling to Minnesota from east Tennessee, and I am staying home with the littles. They have been a fun and quick way to communicate. They definitely have more features than I have found too. They are set up and ready to use out of the box. The sell also sets up your account with a temp password. I have not found out how to add more radios purchased at a later date.

After countless days of troubleshooting and wasted time, I was finally told by seller:“This particular model doesn’t work in the USA”

Got these to use when doing long distance runs so I can communicate with my crew driving between checkpoints also we have a ski holiday coming up so one for me and on for the wife as we will be in different locations due to ages of our children.Tested today and they are amazingly cleare and easy to operate. Seller sets up before posting a few teething issues at start but communication with seller brilliant and all sorted really fast.
