I had never tried a granular/powdered probiotic, so I was excited to try this product. There is a fair amount of granules in each sachet, so I had to take it in two gulps. The texture is similar to sugar crystals and the flavor is fruity, sweet, and a little tart - I really like the flavor. It dissolves pretty quickly and is easy to swallow. I get the feeling this probiotic is quite potent because of the side effects, by which I mean gas. I was hoping this unpleasant problem would go away with continued use, but after 3 days, it was still there. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking the product for this reason. I will try again in a few weeks and see if the issue resolves, but really don't want to deal with it right at this moment.I think this is a good, potent probiotic and I like the delivery system (the granules), but I would caution others that you may experience some not so attractive belly issues, at least in the beginning.

At first I thought these were a drink mix but to my surprise reading the directions, it has to be placed directly on the tongue and swallowed. To be honest, I was hesitant because I have a thing about textures but I tried and it tastes really good! It dissolves super fast so no issue there. I have been using it for over a week and hoping to see real benefits!

This is the only probiotic I’ve taken that wasn’t in a capsule form. It tastes pretty good and is a small amount to dissolve in your mouth. It didn’t seem to work that well for me. I have a lot of food sensitivities and some probiotics really help me with those issues. This one didn’t seem to do that much. It only has a few strains of bacteria and doesn’t seem to be as complete as some other probiotics on the market.

Pro- and pre-biotics are not always that exciting, they could be a pill, yogurt, or powder in water. This is what has always made it hard for me to stick to using them, it takes time, effort, and usually leads to something that tastes bad. None of that here! These are so easy, no mixing, just open and dump the powder in your mouth. What’s better is that it tastes good, dissolves quickly, and gets you back on your way. The only small gripe I had was that the individual tubes do not have a notch for tearing. You don’t need a notch since they are easy to tear by hand, but this was not obvious to me initially.

I love watermelon but hate watermelon-flavored products, period. I know it's weird, but that's just how I am. I wouldn't choose any powders or drinks that are watermelon flavored.However, I'm always interested in trying new probiotics because I have sensitive gut issues, and I feel probiotics have helped me a lot. But also, if I stay with one probiotic too long, it seems like getting less effective. One of my favorite probiotics I've tried so far is in powder form that you take directly (from another brand). So, I was eager to try this one for sure, even though I was worried about the flavor. In short, the taste was bad, but it quickly went away, and I was able to take it without much adverse reaction. Obviously, it will take some time to see if this one is as effective as others since I started taking it a few days ago, replacing my well-working probiotics.If you've never tried probiotics before and you have sensitive gut issues like me, please do give them a shot (doesn't have to be this one), because they might improve your quality of life tremendously like it did mine.

The stuff tastes great, kind of like pop rocks without the popping. Do not mix with with water just FYI. Had to eat 2 packs for a good effect but it works.
