Easy to read any spaced text
A very expensive book which is packed with facts. I bought it to recharge my air conditioning (996C4S) only to find that section listed as beyond the scope of the book. If you are attempting any repair then it is possibly the best book I have seen to date with torque settings etc; however many simple repairs can be viewed on youtube with comments and experience for free.It will help you with knowing where to jack and place stands to avoid expensive mistakes and makes a easy read for those that way inclined.

Best reasonable cost repair manual available for 996
The only better set of manuals for Porsches are the factory manuals which cost over $1,000 for a used copy. If you want to do some of your own repair or Maintenance, this is the book you want.

Best aftermarket manual I have ever bought for a car
This is the best non-OEM shop manual for any vehicle I have ever bought. Very detailed, clear, lots of info and good pictures. If you have a 996 and do any wrenching yourself, this is a must-buy. Even if you don't repair yourself, it's a very good book to educate yourself about the car. Strongly recommended!
