Doesn't smell like cinnamon at all it smells like burning woods very disappointing Love the smell of cinnamon and couldn't wait to get this then got this stuff absolutely NOT CINNAMON and wasn't worth the price

Fragrance was way off
Service was fine but the smell is way off. Supposed to be tangerine and cinnamon. Both smell like Patchouli. Hate the smell.

Awful smell and should be cinnamon
These smell horrible. I think I got a bad batch. Took a long time to find a cone that would stand, so I could burn it. I have ordered these before. They never this bad!! It awful!! Burning candles trying to remove the odor. I could cry

Not a credible purchase!
Not even a hint of cinnamon scent! Wrapper has been tampered with. Many slices noted in the inner plastic wrapper. Couldn’t even get it back in the box the plastic was so badly damaged.

Didn't smell like cinnamon
These are pretty small which is what I wanted but still produced A TON of smoke. I never got a cinnamon smell at all. At first it smelled like a nice fireplace and I was okay with that until even with my windows open my house seemed to be overtaken with the smoke.

Much smaller amount than it looks like
It was okay. It wasn't great but it didn't smell awful or anything. Looks OK. Burns okay. Not much in the way of scent. Wouldn't buy again.
