This works great ๐ I really donโt know what else to say about it and stay appropriate. Keep the water on low. You donโt want to hurt your bo*ty hole shootin it too hard and fast.

It does what it was designed to do very well.
Shower hose is not included. Easier to use, and not so messy as OTC saline enemas for home use. However, please be aware that hot water might feel good on the outside, but it can cause damage on the inside! Barely more than a trickle should be enough to do the job. PLEASE, REMEMBER TO ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE AND THE PRESSURE BEFORE INSERTING "THE WAND"!

It's a mini penis, who knew....look closely.
Ok that said...in terms of function as a enema "device" sure it works. I later purchased a sort of more "purpose" oriented device. Either way easily connects to shower hose.

Laughably small
I literally don't know what to say. I had to take it out of the bag to see if it was as small as it felt... I stopped laughing after an hour just about 5 min ago. Seriously, I'm not Even sure what to do with this. Much smaller than the metal piece that came with my hose. How about a life sized end piece? That's what i was after and instead, i got a nearly mirror image of my own manhood and was as disappointed as my ex must have been for so many years.
