There is no note or instruction that in order for the pump to work, the clip around the stem must be removed. I thought it was part of the design, and like other bottles of this type, you turn the spout head around until it aligns with a channel in the next level of the top. But, noooooo. Remove the clip and there you go. I think my second push down on the spout portion produced foam.The clips would come in handy if you need to travel with one of the bottles, but since they are bulky, I can't imagine anyone would. I was drawn to the color choices (almost got the green) and to how stable I expected the bottles to be compared to the oval ones (got a couple of them).These in brown look nice with my bronze accents in the bathroom, and yes, these bottles are very stable - - one handed operation is easy.

These soap dispensers look great and I like that you can see different colored liquid soap through them. Unfortunately, after just four months of regular kitchen use, for a family of two, one of the plungers started to stick. The seller advised me to take it apart and clean the soap scum out of it. He couldn't tell me how to take it apart but I figured it out and, after putting it back together, it wouldn't work at all. The return window has closed and so I can't get a refund.

I have never had a product that totally does not work. Supposed to be a FOAM dispenser. Foam came out one time, now it is a watery dribble that drips all over the place. The smaller unit didn't work at all. Both are in the garbage. Only thing good about it, is it looked good.

I love that these look so stylish and look like the tinted glass, but of course won't break when they do get dropped on the bathroom tile. They work great. I will say that when I tried to use some castile soap with solid oily bits, then they did not work--everything to do with the soap.

I wanted a nicer-looking soap dispenser for the powder room, but our kids use that sink (which is set in a very high vanity) to wash their hands multiple times a day, so breakable (but beautiful) glass wasn't practical. This is a good balance of looks and safety.

The media could not be loaded.  Not a good product. When pressing to get soap it sounds like it’s passing gas. After the soap is dispensed - it leaks. Tried various thickness of soaps. It consistently farted and dropped. Can not recommend thus product

These are great to replace the B&BW soap containers I had that didn’t match in my kitchen. They look great. I put a B&BW soap next to them to show sizes better.

2 stars instead of 1 because the bottles work well, but it is so dark they look black! My bathrooms have brown hardware, etc. so these just look a little off. I am satisfied with the product otherwise, the seller just needs to take some better pictures.

I love these. Perfect to transfer the bath & bodywork’s foaming soap into. Some of the BBW bottles are too bright & don’t match my decor. This looks classy and the BBW soap comes out a bit thicker foam, not so watery. This is for a foaming soap solution. Use a foaming soap to fill or make your own with half water / half soap with a bit of space for air. I bought the two brown and wished I also had a green small one. I found one small green in here for $8.99.

I like that these appear to be glass but are in fact break resistant high quality plastic. So far I love them. We will see over time how they perform. Shipping was fast.
