Gaiters kept my clothing dry
These gaiters really work. They are easy to put on and they stay in place. I wore them through the woods while foraging for mushrooms with no issues. As with other reviewers, I cut off a piece of the long strap that goes under the boots. I also wish they were 1” longer just for comfort (I am short at 5’3” to add perspective). The length, however, did not compromise their effectiveness. Great buy and I would purchase again for the price.

BUena sproteccion
Los gaiters estan muy bien de material, y el velcro es lo sufiiciente furte para mantenerlos en su lugar, yo solo le agregaria un poc de mas proteccion en la parte de enfrente de las cuerdas de los zapatos

Easy to put on and stylish
These gaiters are great. They were easy to put on and I love the velcro. They have all the best features, like lace hooks, and tightening loops. I've never worn gaiters before but had no issues getting these on.

Got these to keep pants/calves dry and was super excited to discover they have ventilation capabilities too!

Well made, light leg protection for hikes
This is a set of leg gaiters for adult sizes. I am a 5'5" individual, not the tallest, and the length of the gaiter is appropriate for me. The overall length of the gaiter is roughly 14 inches, 10 inches of length being for the calf and 4 inches beneath the elastic part to go over your footwear. With somewhat bulky hiking boots, the fit works for me even as a smaller, skinnier individual. The Velcro closure running along the length of the gaiters are wider apart than they should be for my sizing, and would definitely would fit me better if I had wider legs, but there is a drawstring at the top to allow for custom fit. I expect this will fit larger people than myself perfectly. While this wont protect you from snake bites, it does offer basic protection against the elements. The quality of the stitching is on par with high quality gear and the material appears to be a nylon ripstop fabric of lighter weight. It does not seem like 1000d nylon, or even 500d nylon, so longevity is a question I have yet to answer. In my few times taking it out to canyon trails with lots of twigs and brush around, I've not seen any issues with durability so far and it has protected my socks and legs from pests, water, and scratches. I would like to have seen this with a more durable outer layer, such as 1000D Cordura or similar, but they get the job done. The boot strap is secure and seems to be composed of a nylon laminate of some kind, stitched on one end and held in with a buckle and webbing strap on the other side. Wondering how long it will last on a rocky trail. There is a bag included for keeping these conveniently together in your pack, and if needed, you are able to take off your dirty gaiters and stuff them into the bag so your pack doesn't get so much dirt, mud or sediment inside. The bag appears to be made of the same material that the gaiters are made of, and has a drawstring closure that appears to be a quality made nylon or poly cord (not paracord)So far it's hard to judge the product based on anything but the quality of the material and the fit, as I've yet to really see heavy use with it, but I will update if this changes. If you are extremely rough on your legs, or are worried about snakebite protection, these are not the material I would recommend. As of now, it is a good lightweight backpacking option to keep in a pack or take on a hike, and I recommend it as a spare or cheap option to give you light protection from the elements on your adventures.

Excellent for walking in thorny bushes.
Excellent product, very handy and easy to use. Very effective in protecting clothes and skin if you are walking in thorny bushes/tall grass or out in the country.

Great for a winter hike
Just tried my new gaiters for a deep snow walk in lappland - no complaints!

Good, not great
These work but they are small for me, they just fit. No extra room and they don’t breathe well as a result. They are well made though and easy to use. If you have thick legs, don’t buy. You’ll need something bigger.
