The chair is already assembled flip the support stand and plug it in. It is small it fit me well I am 140lbs It does not take up much space at all. Stylish in appearance. Extra seat pad and comfortable neck support. The massage is felt and you are able to adjust for deep or mild. I have never had a butt massage like this!! It covers the entire back and special for waist. There is rolling, kneading knocking and extremely quiet. It does lead you to sleep especially if you've had a hard day. After all the perfection of this cute lil chair it was not for me. I needed my legs and arms to also be closed in getting massage. Also you have to flip the support stand back for zero gravity. Now this second part of the review is most important: Customer Service is the best I've ever experienced. There was a problem that came up in returning the chair. Words cannot express how customer service went totally beyond what should have been done. I cannot explain the whole story as there is not enough room but it put tears to my eyes how customer service took care of their customer. I would recommend the chair to anyone who is looking for a good massage and not needing the extra security of enclosure of legs and arms like myself. In seeking a comfortable massage that puts you to sleep you will not be disappointed if needing the assurance of good attentive customer service you have a great package deal.

I have multiple chronic pain disorders, and I see a chiropractor regularly. My chiropractor's office got one of these chairs and I tried it while I was there. After just five minutes in this chair, my back, shoulders, and glutes all felt better, so I made note of the brand and looked it up when I got home. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost; I thought it would cost way more. I contemplated for a few weeks, then I decided to bite the bullet and order it. It arrived in just three days, and I was so excited. It has helped me SO MUCH. I cannot say enough good things about this chair. I have the tan colored one, and it looks very sleek and is compact enough that it fits nicely in my small apartment. I feel so much better after I use it. My massage therapist said that she could tell that I wasn't as tight. If you are considering getting this chair to help with pain or just for relaxing, please do it. I promise that you will be so glad that you did!

We bought this massage chair because it takes a small footprint compared to most massage chairs which are enormous. Though small, this chair really delivers a really good massage. The controls are simple and straight forward. You can do shiatsu, roller and tapping. All are good. It has a heat function which I don’t use. It has a compressed air function which operates around your hips. It is okay. I wish it would compress both sides evenly at the same time. Instead it does one side and then the other. I don’t use it because I don’t like to twist my back. But most people with less sensitive backs will probably like it. Overall I highly recommend this massage chair.I have back issues that wake me up in the middle of the night because my muscles cramp up. I get up and get a 20 minute massage, and am able to get back to sleep. It is a god-send. This chair replaced my old Brookstone React massage chair which I think may have been made by the same folks...as it looks quite similar.The one thing I wish they would change in the chair, is the ability to turn the light off. The good thing is that the light is dim, so it probably won't wake anyone up. But it would be nice to turn it off anyway.

This is a supreme massage chair! Extremely pleased with the quality and comfort of this chair. I didn't know what to expect as the only reference I had to the chair was here on Amazon. First of all, it arrived well packaged and in a box that was easy enough to separate from the chair. The chair comes pretty much fully assembled, within 5 minutes we had it plugged in and ready to go. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the form and function of the chair! I love the "pod" design, nice and sleek and not big and bulky, fit into the corner nicely without a big "footprint". And the massage is terrific. Was a gift to our daughter. Now ordering another one for my wife...!

2nd day of...5 usage of full body, the rollers on the left is already making some noise, the roller on the right is .... knocking motion.. like tap tap tap feeling while the left is creaking.The air pockets aren't doing me anything

Love the massage chair. I have always wanted a massage chair but got no space in my small apartment. Until I received this, I didn’t think it is that compact. The design is modern and perfect for small space. There are so many functions in this little chair that I am very happy especially the function to massage my buttock which not many chairs have that. This can never replace human massage but definitely worth the price for this compact massage chair where I can enjoy 1-2 times a day after work. Wish it goes up to massage the neck too.

Please do NOT purchase this. It’s not the best chair at all. My heat doesn’t work and I just purchased it. I decided to return after having for a few hours and packed it up to return and they told my husband it would be like $485 to return this thing back to California from Georgia. I am disappointed and refuse to keep something because to return it is half the price of the chair. I need answers and I want CirC to get this chair back!

Great massage from thighs to shoulder blades. Wish it did more of the upper shoulders /neck area. Makes me want the lower legs and arm massage as well. But this chair is a great buy for the money. It is fairly small so great for smaller spaces. It is attractive and comfortable so makes a great addition to seating in any room. Even though it seems small, it will fit a 6’3”” 265lb man without complaint.

Good product for the money but built for small people

The compact massage chair is beautifully designed. Quite unique. Excellent massage mechanism. We had minor delivery damage with the chair on arrival. Johnson Wellness customer service responded to my email within 10 minutes with solutions. We had an email exchange and I felt like I was communicating with a friend. What a great service. Thank you.
