Authentic Preservative Free Taste
Very nice and authentic taste. You can taste the natural sun dried flavors without any preservatives.

Mostly Oil, Not the Taste I Expected
I ordered this kathal achar expecting a nice homemade flavor, but unfortunately it was disappointing. The jar smelled strongly of oil, and that was the dominant taste as well. The jackfruit and spices were barely noticeable. It felt too oily and not very enjoyable.

Good product
It is mixed of khatal and mango achar. I feel more mango and less khatal. Where as I was expected only khatal achar.

Vinegar Vinegar everywhere....
While the jackfruit pieces are large enough and succulent, quality of spice is okay, the pickle is murdered by excessive use of vinegar. Resulting in an artificial sourness which renders it hardly bearable. I expected something that tastes close to homemade... but this is just overwhelmingly acetic acid . Jha ji .... itna commercial mat baniye. Business doob jayega.

Bad Quality
The pickle was stale. As soon as I opened the jar a fowl smell came in. Very sad to see how Jha ji have downgraded their product quality.
