This steamer is a little work horse. I use it for a lot of large projects, not as daily cleaner. My complaint is the attachments. They are not very durable. The heat destroys the brushes. The locks on the straight attachment broke making it difficult keeping attachments locked in place when steaming.The hose has to be twisted a certain way or the steam gun will not work.I contacted the company, they do not sell replacement parts. If the hose goes, that's it for the machine. As for the other attachments, you'll need to purchase from another retailer. Make sure you purchase the correct size.

The media could not be loaded.  No me gustó para nada. Los ascesorios se gastaron desde el primer uso ,las tollitas son muy simples,no sirve para lpiar muebles ,alfombras ni planchar . Cuando crees que tirara vapor lo que tira es un chorro de agua 👎el limpia pisos es un desastre ...siento que se trabaja más .

Loved the steamer for my 60s bathroom tile the floor brush got into all the little nooks and crannies to say I am beyond thrilled! Sprinkled comet on the floor then steamed fabulous! I bought the Bessel first and returned because the hand held part was too heavy and there is no lock for continuous steam and no big heavy duty door brush

To much money for it being cheaply made . and good stem doesn’t last but a few seconds

Very practical, useful and easy to ensamble.

I’d love to be seen it’s steam cleaned everything I did walls floors windows doors and it was awesome. The only drawback is that it runs out of water quickly.

Worked good for windows. Haven't used for anything else yet.
