Water could be colder
This is more of a water dispenser than a water cooler. Our old water cooler got the water alot colder than this one. Other than that it is working fine.

It’s a nice machine the water don’t get that cold and it definitely doesn’t stay cold the hot water works fine though but I like my water cold so I’m not that impressed

A satisfactory item.
Cold water is slightly below room temperature, which bites if you like really cold water as I do. Hot water works fine. Needs frequent cleaning to keep water fresh, though. Satisfactory, so far.

Water not cold enough
Will provide maybe 5 oz of cold water and then run out of cold water for a while. I'm haven't tested the warm water side, we don't needed. I'm will keep it but definitely bad investment.

Not working for me.
I returned the cooler because the top of it leaked. i will never buy anything like that from Amazon ever again because I had to pay 1/2 of what it was worth to return it.
