This is a cool practice mat to train yourself and your swing. I will say that you should not expect a PGA level analysis, but it's good enough for some swings and seeing major issues (that anyone considering this mat most certainly has). The marks are clear, but if the mat is not staked down, it can move when you hit it. Not a huge deal, sure. But it could change the angle of the swing feedback. I don't think it moves enough to worry about hitting it "at" something. Definitely just a fun little leisure tool to help in a small way.
