It's The Real Deal
Proper Ponzu sauce, citrus goodness!

Still not sure if its WORTH IT ..... but it is VERY good.....
We decided that the best use of this more expensive Ponzu was to serve it associated with the table (after cooking) rather then as seasoning during cooking.just a bit overpriced to fully appreciate the luxury ..... there really is NOT a distinct contribution --- even a subtle one !!! ... of YUZU ....but it is enjoyed at the table.!
