Easy to take.
I like this supplement for K2 since it is liquid. Seems very well made, has very little neutral taste.

Good supplement, just goes fast.
This K2 has a light taste, which wasnโt bad at all. I did go through it faster than expected. It didnโt last as long as the package said, even taking the recommended dose. No issues with the supplement itself, but Iโll be switching back to pills.

Product is good. Seems to do what it's supposed to vitamin kwise. Dropper allows you to take lower dosage as most vitamin K products are high dosed. I don't like the design of the dropper though as it drips when not squeezing so have to watch that.

Thin, colorless, tasteless liquid providing an important vitamin
Comes as a clear, thin, tasteless liquid in a dropper bottle 1.25 inches wide, 3.75 inches tall. including the black rubber squeeze bulb on the glass dropper. Easy to dispense the recommended 5 drops per serving (once per day). MK4/MK7 are not sensitive to hot food, and can be included in hot or cold food. I have to trust PURE that the dose and contents are correct. I keep mine in a refrigerator.

Great Supplement!
My healthcare practitioner informed me that I was not absorbing calcium properly, that there was too much calcium in my blood. That was scary, especially since I was showing osteopenia in my DEXA scans. She suggested that I supplement with vitamin k, which is necessary to absorb calcium into my bones, for instance. This full spectrum Vitamin K supplement must have helped. Now my tests show that my blood levels of calcium are in normal range. And the DEXA came back stable and slightly improved. I really like it that MCT oil is part of this supplement, also.
