This Turkish towel has a nice tight weave and feels thicker than some other brands. It is soft, not as soft as some, but with washing that should remedy itself as the cotton is supposed to get softer the more it is washed. It is not stiff and will be very versatile. The weave is pretty too.Edited to add that after soaking in cool water for 24 hours, washing with one cup vinegar in warm water, and drying on very low heat the towel is just as soft as a competitors. Very satisfied. Upgraded stars from 4 to 5.

Amazon cancelled my first order a few days after confirmation because they were short on inventory. It was unclear to me what happened to the order and it was a little frustrating to track down what happened to it. But my second order went through without an issue and I am pleased with the towel.The first thing I noticed was how thin the towel is. But because it's so thin, the towel is very light and rolls up small for its size. I was skeptical that it would be very absorbent, but I was pleasantly surprised! It's about as absorbent as a standard, terrycloth towel. It's much softer, however. And more attractive. It's large surface area makes it easy to wrap around myself and stay put.I think this towel is going to be great for trips to the beach or hot springs. It's a great for wrapping and plenty large enough for two people to lie down on. Definitely worth the price.

I absolutely love the hand towel! So to start the packaging is amazing. It felt like you all were really trying to make sure the product came undamaged and that’s appreciated considering the problems I’ve had with other products in the past when buying from Amazon. In terms of the towel: the fabric is thin enough to not be bulky but still thick enough to feel like I could dry my hands and it not be soaking wet after. It’s also super stylish and the tassels are so cute! I was surprised it came with two hand towels but was really excited because it meant I could put one in each bathroom downstairs for guests to use! The color was also perfect when compared to the product photo on the app which is always a plus. The towels are large and I really felt like I got a wonderful product for what I paid. I definitely will be buying a couple to put in housewarming gifts for friends!

I have another “Turkish towel” from another Amazon vendor. It’s soft and getting softer with every wash, but so extremely thin. I’m really interested in replacing all my old bulky towels, but the Turkish towel I had was not really doing what I hoped. I saw this one and decided to give it a try.WOW!! What difference, your towels right out of the package is so thick, lush and soft. I LOVE it. Washed and dried it and love it even more. I can’t wait to use it.
