Is there separate photo album in this phone

There is no album /photo app. I am not suprised since Motorola never gives a gallery app which is wierd. You can use 1Gallery app. It has a hidden section to hide photos which unlocks with either fingerprint /pin

Does it have Call recording function?

Yes. It's an Android phone. Dozens of app to do it. unlike apple which requires you to purchase a subscription
