Just started getting into my hot yoga so bought 3 different towels off amazon. This one is best of the 3 - fits perfectly over the map and the corner pockets ensure it stays in place. It’s super grippy and makes a world of difference! Have only washed it once but it’s kept it’s shape and colour. Overall very pleased and would recommend. Only suggestion would be to include a matching hand towel like some others do!

Works well, definitely easier & more hygienic than having a bare mat. It felt like this shrank in the first few washes, so the flap at the ends becomes a little redundant once it no longer fits over each end of the yoga mat. I feel I need to replace this after a few months use for grip purposes, otherwise it's fine.

Fits perfectly onto the Heathyoga matt. I know on some reviews someone asked the question. It fits perfectly and stays put. I haven’t used the spray bottle to spray the Matt before starting and I’ve not had any problems with slipping at all. It is lovely.

Very happy with this non slip yoga towel, nice quality and it is practical as it will not move on your yoga mat. I have seen many yogis using it so it is clearly a popular purchase.

great towel for use in hot yoga. no slipping and wash really well too. far quicker and easier to wash and dry than a "normal towel".

Perfect for hot yoga. Stopped any slipping and got sticker the wetter it got. The carry bag and spritz bottle are a nice touch.

The towel arrived in great time and is a lovely colour. I used it for my hot vinyasa yoga class last night and first impressions were good - it was more than wide enough to cover my whole mat and the corner pocket sat nicely with my mat in. Once we had started it was fairly grippy although not as grippy as my last one (admittedly was more expensive than this one) and sadly I had to reposition it 4/5 times throughout the hour session, which was a little annoying when you are mid flow. I’ve just washed it this morning on a cool wash on its own and the edges seem to have gone tatty/bobbled already which is a bit of a shame (see photo). I did notice some small bits coming off it last night getting stuck to my body clothes, which I would expect off a normal bath towel but not really off a yoga towel.. I’m willing to persevere for another couple of classes to see whether now it’s been washed it will stay in place better and not shed much more. But at the moment feeing a little disappointed with the tattiness and repositioning. If it doesn’t improve it’s likely I will want to return it for a refund. UPDATE: tried again and still moved, also still sheds and has pills on edges. The seller contacted me after seeing this review and offered sending an alternative towel by their brand for free which I will try - hope this one's better. Excellent customer care team, just really hope this other product works.

As a person who sweats a lot when I exercise, I wanted a yoga towel that would work for regular training and would ensure grip throughout any session (whether heated or not). I have been using this towel for 5 months now, averaging 3 or 4 sessions a week, and have had an overall positive experience. It definitely needs to be wetted before use, as the surface is too smooth when dry, however, using some water in the included spray bottle (or if your studio supplies one, their's) sorts this out easily. There are only two downsides I experienced to this towel. The first is that it's a little snug lengthways on my standard-size yoga mat, which means my mat doesn't quite lie flush against the floor, as its ends are pulled up by the towel's "pockets" that it slips into. The second is that after a period of initial usage, a lot of the small (I'm assuming) silicone pieces that make up the bottom grip surface of the towel started coming off, and left a bit of a mess. This was despite only ever washing the towel by hand, or in cold washing machine cycles. Despite this, overall I would definitely buy this towel again and I continue to use it regularly to this day.
