what are dimensions of base for speaker

approx 22.5 cm x 30.5 cm for the bottom plate (base) and 16 cm x 20 cm for the speaker plate. These were perfect for my Wharfedale Diamond 121 speakers

Will the mounting holes fit Q Acoustic 202i's and are the required bolts supplied?

There are no mounting holes. The speakers sit atop four little spikes. This makes it sound better as it is easy for the whole unit to vibrate. Not great if you have a big playful dog though.

Question 3

I have a pair of bookshelf speakers. How do you attach the speakers to the stands? Do you screw in to the base of the cabinet?

There are a few options when it comes to speaker stands but essentially they are designed for the speakers to sit freely on the base plate using the rubber pads provided. Many people get a little worried by this option as there may be kids running around or could be knocked by mistake so many opt to buy thick double sided tape or velcro pads. I use velcro pads myself and they work a treat. You can screw the speaker to the stand also but understandably many do not want to damage or put holes in their speakers.

Would a pair of mission Qx 1 be suitable for these stands ?

My speakers are about 185mm width and about 250mm deep. The speakers sit on the stand support plates and overlap all around. This is satisfactory but you need to keep large dogs or small children away from the stands as they’ll easily dislodge the speakers if due care isn’t shown which is usually the case with large dogs or small children.
