I love artichokes but I don't eat them as much as I want. I also never eat papaya because it's not my thing. Getting the benefits of these in a supplement is awesome and I've been feeling good since taking them for over a month now. No side effects, the smell of these capsules and slight flavor is savory and very pleasant!

The flashiness of the packaging made me somewhat concerned--I have never encountered a serious ingestible with a shiny gold top. But indeed, the bottle carries a GMP and ISO certification. The contents are "formulated in USA" but the product is made in India, which has had some newsworthy safety issues lately. I hate to stereotype but this is my honest experience reading the bottle. Honestly, if the bottle looked more average, I probably wouldn't have spent so much energy trying to verify its safety.Overall I feel less confident about this product than those from comparable supplement manufacturers. I think the "USA" labeling is designed to mislead, at least a little bit. I could not find "Tenmido" in any database of GMP certifications, so I remain less confident about this product. But I am not an expert at finding manufacturer certifications, so please do your own research--I tried my best to evaluate what I could see and find.On the plus side, it is probably easy enough to put real artichoke and papaya in the capsules, and there aren't any complex chemicals claimed in the formulation. Overall, I am cautiously skeptical.

I always knew artichokes were good and healthy for you but they sure aren't easy to eat. That an added papaya make this the perfect way to get the benefits of both in a simple to swallow capsule form. They also have apple pectic that is also healthy for you. A large 4 month supply at a very reasonable price too. What more could you ask for? Good for digestive system and liver health.

We don't order supplements because they promise you will feel a certain way when you take them. We do order them because we know the possible benefits of the ingredients.She says she possibly has more energy as the description states, however that is subjective and hard to measure. They do contain Turmeric Curcumin. We know that does aid us both with joint pain due to its anti inflammatory qualities. It is not a cure nor does it alleviate the discomfort, but we do notice a lot less when we take it.The pills are smallish and easy for her to take. Are they super beneficial? She does not think so, but in the same breath she does not feel any negative effects from them.

I liked this supplement because it supports almost every system of your body in one pill. It’s difficult to say if my liver is functioning better? Hard to tell internal organ functioning, haha. But - I haven’t had any negative side effects and have felt overall pretty healthy while taking it, so not unhappy. No flavor to pill and easy to swallow. I’d buy again. Seems to be quality ingredients.
