First impression is that the light is much larger than what I imagined. Not bad for all the money I spent. Very well made.Second impression is about all these well-camouflaged buttons with a lot of functions. Don’t throw away the manual. You will need it.The egg shell is like translucent and very beautifully made. It doubles as a clock and alarm too, and can be powered by either USB cable or battery. Many color mode that I lost count. I like that the alarm doesn’t go off suddenly and all aloud to startle my baby. I can program the white noise etc.to gradually phase it out. If you are tech savvy, you’d like to hook it with blue tooth and play your favourite music from iphone. The speaker is decent too.Drawbacks: Maybe the numbers of functions can be reduced as I only use about 50% of them. But hey, who knows in the future I won’t need these currently rarely-used functions. Not much to complain really.

This thing is great, Ignore the less positive reviews. It is a little difficult to program only because of its size and location of the buttons which are slightly difficult to see. Switching between 24H and 12H is done by merely pushing the clock button once to change. The display IS easy to see day or night, no factor there. I put in 3 AA rechargeable batteries so this can run on batteries alone or along with the provided USB C cord for continuous use. Lots of colors but I like the red to match my other dragons as in the pictures. Bluetooth to me is a bonus and works well but the sound is somewhat "tinny", but I did not buy it for that reason. Got it to replace an old alarm clock and it sure fits in on the end table. Has some neat built in features as described and I would totally recommend this product. A must have for you Dragon Lovers, you won't be disappointed.

This is a well-made product, looks, sounds nice. Plan on a bit of frustration setting it up - it has a pretty complete manual, such as is is, but takes a bit of patience to implement the options (there are many). One frustrating thing, it appears it only displays in 24 hour mode. Nothing we could find in manual or playing with device would change that. The manual attempts to explain everything and if you stick with it, this thing does quite a bit. unfortunately what it does not do well is ease of use. outside of that our daughter loves it, so all is good.

This thing looks nice, but the process of programming the alarms and other functions is very complex and not even remotely intuitive. It also eats batteries and the remote control doesn't habe enough range to act as a remote control. Very disappointing.

I was on the fence about purchasing this item because of the reviews that said it only displays military (24H) time. One review said this could be changed, and I'm confirming that it is possible to change it to 12H time. I changed it by pressing the clock button on the remote. It will say 24H and this can be changed to 12H, then press OK. I hope that helps.Other than that, it's a really pretty clock although I can understand the complaints that the display is a bit hard to read in a well-lit room, but I bought this for a bedroom I mostly only use at night so it's not really an issue. I can't comment on its other features like sound and bluetooth because I didn't really buy it for those things and haven't used them yet.

I love dragons and I wanted to love this clock. But despite using two different brands of batteries. I was unable to see clock (the area for the time and days never lit up.) and set the time on the clock. The remote doesn’t work at all, again used two different brands of batteries in it.The lighting effects work well, and the dragon looks cool.The sound effects work from change if the sound on the clock is easy, volume however is difficult to adjust and is too loud.

I bought this for a little girl who was redoing her room in dragons. I was a little skeptical of what kind of quality I would get. This is very well made! The instructions were easy, the set up was easy, the egg itself is sturdy enough but flexible enough it can handle a little abuse from kiddos. The colors are beautiful, the dragon inside is beautiful, the sound is great. I can't say enough good things about it. She loved it and I was so happy with the quality!
