Jury is out
Product it self is pretty solid. Just a metal ball attached to a solid wire, kind of hard to get wrong. I'm still out if it actually makes any difference though. Wasn't able to find a huge change in the coffee.

Poor Presentation
Evidently older versions of this product shipped in an elegant case. Now it’s in a cheese bag in a ziplock….embarrassing when you order this as a gift…..

Interesting
I’m a full time barista and I own a cafe on the side. Based on my experience I would say this product is a interesting one. I would say it did change the taste and it’s easy to use. Only thing I’ll say about this product is it’s a little pricey for what it does. Also I know it’s not realistic to think this product can be used for one shot and the next. But I just don’t like how fast the product gets hot when pouring a shot.
