Didn't Work
I bought this to take to an outpatient appointment as a bit of pain relief. I read the instructions on the back of the packet and followed them but the pack never got hot. The inner pouch was impossible for me to burst by squeezing. Very disappointed but at least they were very cheap so no great loss.

Good to have
Very handy to have in a frist aid kit. Dose what it say's it dose. The only problem with them is setting it off accidentaly they need to be kept in a small sandwich box or the like, if you intend to carry them round. They should also prove useful for pre warming sleeping bags to deal with hypothermia victims.

Great WHEN it works!
Bought four packs first two worked great and I was going to give 5 stars then, disaster next two packs did not work and go hot! Bit disappointed over all to be honest!

Squeezed to activate the heat pack, it burst over me with the gel burn stinging my hand, it ruined my clothing and footwear and left a white residue over the floor of the gum hall
