Okay, it arrives in a squashy Amazon cardboard envelope that deforms the suction cups - hence losing a star. Not a problem though, as it comes with a pair of spares. Just unscrew the deformed ones and replace with the spares.I'd been struggling to open an iPhone XR screen with no success. However, this brilliant tool raised the screen with ease, allowing me to run round the edges breaking the seal. From then on the repair was pretty much the same as earlier models of iPhone. Absolutely brilliant !

Suction cups that work well There is no need for a heat gun or anything else with this. I do have one complaint about this product since it over opened the screen and destroyed one of the ribbon cables, which is pretty inconvenient because I'll have to replace the screen. So I think you should be careful when using this product since you can destroy your own phone and you don’t want that to happen, do you?

This is an excellent addition to your mobile/tablet toolbox to use when opening and replacing screens on mobiles and tablets. I have personally used this tool numerous times myself for battery and screen replacements on mainly Apple mobile devices and some Android devices for friends and family etc.As others have mentioned previously, you are provided with 2 sets of suckers that can be screwed on/off. One of the suckers was slightly bent upon arrival due to the packaging and being attached to the tool. Luckily you are provided with two sets so you can interchange and use the spares.Fortunately I have a devised a workaround that fixed the the slightly bent sucker and possibly Fosmon should themselves take note of this:This was fixed by basically unscrewing the suckers from the tool and sticking the two sets of suckers together (I left the faulty one for a week stuck together) to iron/pressure out the crease and bends that may have been caused during the shipping process (Photo 1) whilst this will also helps keep the packaging as flat as possible.I now keep them separated from the tool when not in use and stored away (Photo 2).

The product worked well. It took several attempts to open an iphone SE to replace a battery. I was thankful for the additional suction cups supplied as it allowed me to select ones that were flatter. Some instructions along with the tool would have been appreciated.

Wasn't quite enough suction to crack open an iPhone case despite pre-heating. Had better luck with a single suction cup with a ring through. If the screen is cracked, use some packing tape over the screen to prevent loss of suction.

Very useful. Certainly worth the money. Made opening an iPhone very easy.
