These lights are beautiful. Connected effortlessly to Alexa and are so easy to operate. Had some issues with the lights snapping and customer service handled it swiftly! Had new lights on my doorstep within two days. Would recommend

I purchased these lights to add additional brightness to my home office, unfortunately after installing them I noticed that some of the LEDs were not illuminating correctly whenever I changed the brightness setting, so I emailed customer service with pictures of the issue and I received a prompt reply of apology for my inconvenience along with a promise to address the situation by sending a replacement with no additional charge for shipping.The support team went above and beyond to address my issue promptly and with genuine concern. Their communication was clear and they made sure I felt valued throughout the entire process. Kudos to the team for setting a high standard for customer service! It feels great to buy a product that a company stands behind! And I absolutely love how the lights look in my office.

LIKES: Easy to install, brightness control, Kelvin color rendering options, 60-second delayed turn-off button (a great feature for turning the lights off to go to bed at night)DISLIKES: The remote control functions well, but it runs through 2.4G Wi-Fi. Our experience is that something or someone else was changing the light settings through the Wi-Fi. Not trusting the security of the Wi-Fi access and associated phone application, we removed both and now just operate the system from the included remote control. The last time we encountered a problem was before making that change, now several months ago.BOTTOM LINE: This product offers excellent control options and nice features for a reasonable price. However, we advise caution when using it through Wi-Fi with the smartphone application.REVIEW UPDATED: 22 May 2024

When I first got my lights, one of the two rolls didn't work, so I called the number in the box to try to see what we could do to fix the issue. They were quick to answer and they gave me a new roll to replace the faulty one, completely solving my issue. Great customer service and I like their product a lot.

The material is too soft to insert into any connections, maybe if you are using the entire sprit without cutting it its good, but is you want to make any type of connections the base is too soft to insert on any connection to continue in a different direction.Product looks good but is not as good as it looks.

Good value for the money. These lights aren't the brightest, but are perfect for smaller rooms without overhead lighting. Being able to adjust the color temperature is a nice feature.

I loved the lights, I installed them in my bedroom as a replacement for a traditional lamp which wasn't as bright and it was only giving light in one part of the room. With the new LEDs the room felt very lively and felt really good. The convenience of connecting the lights to your phone and setting the lights to auto turn on and off is also great! Another great IoT device that just makes it very convient. I had a small issue with the lights but it was easily fixed when I contacted the seller on WhatsApp, where I got a replacement. Great product and great customer service experience! Recommend it!

Es una excelente opción para la cocina ya que al contrario que las demás opciones que hay estas solo tienen luz amarilla o blanca que son colores que se necesitan en la cocina y no todos los colores como las demás opciones que se venden.

Lo instalamos y a los 15 días empezó a dar fallas, muy caro para estar reiniciándose cada 10 minutos

Buena luz, vienen exactamente de 14 mts, el control en ocasiones no responde al 100% pero en general muy buena opcion

Das Anbringen war denkbar einfach. Folie auf der Rückseite der LED-Streifen abziehen, ankleben, fertig.Ich habe den LED-Streifen auf der Unterseite der Oberschränke in der Küche angebracht, wodurch die Arbeitsfläche und die Spüle beleuchtet werden.Die Verbindung mit dem WLAN dauerte keine 2 Minuten, der Empfänger wurde sofort erkannt.Die Lichtfarben kann man per Fernbedienung und per Stimme mit Alexa so einstellen, wie sie einem gefällt.Man hat mehrere weisse Lichtfarben (kaltweiss bis sehr warmweiss) zur Auswahl, die sich wiederum in der Helligkeit dimmen lassen.Mit 100% Helligkeit ist es wirklich seeehr hell.Durch die tollen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten hat man immer die richtige Bleuchtungsstärke, egal ob man es gerade sehr hell haben möchte, z.B. beim Kochen oder Putzen, oder eher gemütlich gedimmt, wenn man am Küchentisch sitzt.Ich liebe diesen Leuchtstreifen.
