Well made, solid. Looks nice works well what more can I ask for. Came packaged with a ribbon and white cotton gloves to install, made the contractor laugh but I thought it was a nice touch.

Everything is nice and snug except the threads for the supply lines.I had to use a mountain of tape to get them drip free, so I was a little concerned about stripping.

This seems to be a "good enough" faucet (although it is hard to tell how maintainable it will be), but there are a few things to be aware of. The cap that seals the spout during rough-in has an o-ring, the spout on ours did not, I tested with the rough-in cap in place. After sheet rocking and installing the spout it leaked badly. There was no o-ring on the spout and the spout does not appear to be a tapered thread. I was able to remove the o-ring from the rough-in cap and put it on the spout and that stopped the leak. I don't know if there should have been o-ring on the spout and quality control missed its omission or if they assumed the machined faces of the spout and valve body would make a seal or if I missed something -- but in any case, I'd strongly suggest testing for leaks with the spout in place (and water running) before you sheetrock. Or, at the very least, see if you got an o-ring.

Order 2 of these faucets. Love the look, however, one of them keeps leaking water, our contractor added the gasket but still leaking. Try to get help from Amazon website and reps, it gives me a running around. very disappointed.

This is a lovely uncluttered faucet set with a brushed nickel finish, which does not tend to show fingerprints and water marks - great from a cleaning perspective. This is a good faucet for people who have difficulty gripping a handle - it just takes a few taps to operate it.A lot of attention to detail went into the product, from the careful packaging to the perfect finish - there are no blemishes on any of the surfaces. Even the decorative rings have O-rings to seal out water (see photos).The spout can rotate and has a flow rate of 2.2 gallons per minute.Waiting on the plumber to install the unit.
