F22 Power Rack, 1600lbs All-in-One Squat Rack with Dual Pulley System, Heavy-Duty Steel Frame, Attachments & Storage for Home Gym Strength Training

Good bang for your buck. This unit took me (middle-aged female) and my 15-year-old son approximately 3 hours to assemble. Considering that we are somewhat mechanically inclined, the assembly was simple. The unit is solid once assembled (better than I expected, actually). My son is an athlete who trains year-round. We purchased this unit to add to his home options when he's not at the gym/with his team training. This unit allows him to do everything he wants or needs. We already had a plate rack/holder and bar, so we did not install the plate holders on the back side of the unit to save space. No issues at all, and saved us about 8 inches of depth. Is it a commercial unit? No, but honestly, we do not see a need for that in a home unit. This unit meets all our high-level needs, without the commercial price.

I am amazed at the sturdiness and quality of this rack/functional trainer. The features this offers are extensive. From dips to land mines to rows! It does it all. The pulley system is incredibly smooth regardless of the weight added. No clunking or squeaking noises and solid as could be. This rack replaced a bar and also a squat rack saving me space in my home gym. Assembly was not difficult and I was able to do alone without assistance. I used ratchets which I would suggest and not the tools provided. Using your own tools will speed up the process. I enjoyed the assembly process and thrilled with the end result!

This rack is fantastic. The customer service is top notch. Knowing what I know I would buy the rack just for the customer service. Had a piece missing and they were great. Had the piece in 2-3 days. That being said the rack is fantastic. I researched for days trying to decide which one to get. I chose this one based upon the reviews and that it was the smallest footprint (which I needed). The pros of this rack are many. First of all this is really easy to put together. Followed the instructions and did it by myself. Took about 4 hours and had to make some adjustments but was able to do it myself. If you are looking for a commercial piece of equipment this is not it. However, this is a really great piece of equipment. It is very sturdy, very well made, and really very solid. Any exercise that you can think of you can do on this piece of equipment. The pulley system is very nice and works very well. Only con is that the lat bar is not wide enough and bot a new one. The attachments are not commercial grade but they work just fine. Overall this is a really great piece of equipment and I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. I would highly recommend this rack for anyone who wants a really nice piece of equipment with a very small footprint.

I spent several weeks looking at different power cages on Amazon and elsewhere trying to decide which one would be best for me. One of my major concerns was whether it would be sturdy or if it would have some wiggle. The design of this machine seemed to me to be the sturdiest design of all the cages I looked at and I can say it is rock solid. Another selling point for me is the heighth of the machine, I only have 94 inches from floor to ceiling and I was concerned about smashing my head into the ceiling while doing pull ups. This machine has the lowest heighth of them all plus the handles are mounted a little lower so I have plenty of clearance for me noggin. I did have some reservations about the fixed position close grip and wide grip handles instead of a straight bar, in fact I almost didn't buy it for that reason, but I'm glad I did. The handles are perfect where they are. The third selling point for me is the dual weight trollies at the sides instead of a single trolly at the rear of the machine. This allows for the cable pullies to be completely independent of each other. Almost every workout that I do includes doing a circuit of three of four exercises at least and with this machine I can set one pully for one exercise and the second pully for a different exercise with a completely different amount of weight. Another nice thing about that is if you plan on using a weight tree to rack your plates then you don't need to install the posts on the back of the cage, thus allowing to position the cage only a couple inches from the wall. Assembly was a breeze. I had this all put together in just a couple hours. I did have to run to the hardware store for a couple washers and also the eye hooks for accessory storage were to short to go through the tube steel but it's no big deal. Cost me about ten dollars for new hooks and some washers. It's only been a couple weeks and I still haven't gotten my olympic bar or bench yet but I am very happy with this machine. Only negative I can say about it is that the dip bar handles are too narrow and they hurt my hands. They are about 1.25 inches in diameter with the foam, so probably a 1" steel bar. I plan on solving this issue by buying a piece of pvc pipe to slide over the handles to create a fatter handle.

The MAJOR FITNESS F22 Power Rack has been an excellent addition to my home gym. It does everything I need it to do, and for the price, it’s honestly hard to beat. Functionality & Performance This rack checks all the boxes. The pulley system works great, it holds weight securely, and it feels solid during lifts. Everything you’d want from a home gym setup is here, whether you’re doing compound lifts or cable work. Value for the Price Is this going to compete with a full commercial cage? No—but it’s right under that level, and considering the price difference, the value is outstanding. You’re getting a very capable, versatile rack without paying commercial-gym pricing. Bench Compatibility I also picked up the MAJOR FITNESS bench, and it pairs really well with the rack. Together, they make a very complete setup. Minor Feedback (Transparency) The only thing worth mentioning is that I noticed a small amount of surface discoloration at the top—slightly brown in color. It did not go through the metal and appears to be superficial. With the black powder coating, I don’t expect it to be an issue long-term, but I wanted to mention it for transparency. this is the only reason I’m reading it four stars. This could be a supply chain issue but not sure. Final Thoughts Overall, this is a fantastic rack for anyone building a serious home gym. Solid performance, great features, and excellent bang for the buck. I’m very happy with it and would recommend it without hesitation.

First review I have written, that is how strongly I feel about the product. I have been working out on this rack for a couple of weeks and it has been great. I upgraded my home gym after the gym close to my work closed. The cables add a lot more options for your workout (although the single handles are a little cheap, recommend buying different ones). The cables are also smooth and can handle a lot of weight. The rack is easy to adjust between exercises. I am not a power lifter, but I take my workouts seriously and all in all this is a great home gym. Instillation: I am 50 years old and was able to do it easily by myself; surprisingly very limited swearing. If you don’t have socket attachments for your drill, don’t know why a grown man wouldn’t, get some. It will save you a lot of time. Time frame from unboxing to being ready for use, about three beers.

Pleasanly surprised how sturdy it is. Was looking for something that would fit in base ment, have alot of functionality and not habe a huge foot print. Also came with a good amount of attachments. Haven't loaded it up with crazy weight. Held 300lbs no problem, nice and solid.

If you are looking for a home gym, you should strongly consider this one. I am very glad I decided to go with the SupGym despite the apparent lack of reviews at the time I made my purchase. This set-up is excellent quality, especially at this price! The J cups are robust, the pulley carriages are really nice, the cables are high quality, it’s compact, it’s sturdy, and it’s super versatile. I even removed the rear weight plate storage so that I could place it next to the wall for extra space saving. It’s easy to use and the assembly instructions were easy to understand. I am super happy with my purchase, and recommend anyone in the market for a home gym to go ahead and get this. It’s great. Also, the customer service is excellent, which is a rarity these days. A box was damaged in shipping and some hardware was lost, but Anj, the customer service rep, was perfect and resolved everything promptly. There is value in a company with attentive and prompt customer service and they definitely deserve a shout out for that!
