Good quality. Easy to install. Works great on my door creating a great way to use exercise bans. Feels like I have a mini gym at home.

Its ok I could have made this product myself but much better

I love how simple it was to hook on the door and it doesn’t take up any space in my small apartment. It is a wider strap, which I feel makes it more stable to pull on without damaging the door. I did need help tightening it down so it wouldn’t slip, but probably could have wrenched on the strap myself to tighten it down. The strap is budget friendly as well. The only thing that I wasn’t thrilled about is the metal buckle does not have any padding to slide over it and may rub against the door. So, I wrapped some fabric around it for added protection. I have already suggested this to friends looking for something similar.

I have several physical therapy exercises that require the use of exercise bands at different heights. Before I got this I was having to interrupt my workout to readjust the bands secured in my door jam. This door anchor strap allows me to place my exercise bands at different heights so my workout is seamless and I don’t have to adjust them.This anchor strap is well-made, sturdy, and the adjustment clamp is metal. I can clip my exercise bands onto the D-rings, or through any of the 5 loops that go from the top of the door to the bottom. This allows me to keep a band around my legs while I use the higher bands to do my arm exercises.Other of have complained that there is a lot of slack in the door strap, or that it continues to loosen. There was some slack when I installed it, but I placed some Styrofoam packaging on the adjustable side of the strap and it’s completely tight. I haven’t had any issues with it loosening at all. It may not be the prettiest thing, but it’s secure and it protects the door from the metal latch. I attached a photo of how I placed the styrofoam between the strap and the door.

It's a very easy home workout equipment. The book gives some easy work positions. But, if you think out-the-box there are some many more things you can do with this equipment.

I needed something to rehab a shoulder with that did not have to be permanently connected to a wall in my house. This works on my doors anyway in the house. Picked my spot and use it with rubber tubing bands I also purchased from Amazon. Great price for this product. Effective adjustable loops for working different muscles.
