I've tried and enjoyed several similar compression shirts so was interested to compare this item. I'd recommend paying close attention to the sizing guide... I ordered an XL based on this (I'm typically an "L"), and glad that I did as this fits quite well.This shirt is definitely very slimming, and comfortable to wear. I often will use it as an exercise shirt, but also works well as an undershirt.When first attempting to put this on, there was no way I could get this over my head like a typical shirt. Again, would highly recommend reading the instructions and putting this on feet first.Overall, have been satisfied with this item. The material is comfortable and breathable. It provides strong compression which can be soothing for sore muscles or to provide a slimming look.

This is a great compression slimming vest, it works well! First off two important things that I learned: put the vest on from the bottom up as shown in the "How to wear graphic" in the listing. I first tried putting it on like a normal tank top, over my head and down, and I couldn't get it over my shoulders. Then I remembered the graphic, and followed the 5 steps and it fit fine. Second, is sizing. I always wear a Large top, but the sizing chart recommended a XL. I followed the sizing chart and ordered a XL, which fit fine. Large would have never fit. So go by the sizing chart and not your "normal" size.The vest fit nicely, very snug. The material is 70% Nylon, 30% Spandex, which as expected gives a lot of compression. Even with the snug fit, it the vest was comfortable to wear. The vest did make a difference in my appearance, it helped tuck in my belly and improved my posture, see photos of me in a red shirt with and without the vest. In the belly area there's two layers of elastic compression material which really helps in that area.This isn't something I'd wear everyday, but it is something I'd wear if I'm wearing an athletic fit top and I want to present my best appearance. Overall, I really like this compression vest and it has my recommendation.

I've tried a few different "slimming shirts" which helped with either moobs or the belly, but this is the first one that does a good job at both areas simultaneously. It seems you need to go with the ones that you put on by starting at your feet and pulling up to your torso in order to get the best compression, the type that you simply put on over your head like a t-shirt in my experience don't do as good of a job. I'd recommend sticking with your existing tag size as opposed to following the width in inches, my size according to the chart was a size larger than I normally wear but had I gone with that size I feel I'd not have gotten the level of compression I need. The fabric is smooth and silky, the stitching appears to be high quality so should hold up well and the price is very affordable.

This undershirt is pretty good. I use it to wear under my gym tank top. Having that compression is good for your workout and this helps. It is not made of cotton but a nylon spandex blend. It is very tight which is good. I’m 5’9 185 and a large is perfect for me. I imagine wearing it under normal clothes could help with keeping everything in place but for now I’m just wearing it during my workout. I like it.

Important--read the size chart and don't order any smaller than you're measurements thinking it will help compress you to a smaller size. I ordered a large (which is what I normally wear for a shirt size) and it didn't even come close to fitting me. I realized at the time I ordered that the size chart listed the large with measurements that were smaller than a typical large but thought it might be stretchy enough to work. Luckily, I have a son who is thin as a rail and he was able to get it on but it was still a fairly tight fit so it's actually a good size for him even though he really doesn't need it. If I were to purchase again, I think the only one that would fit me would be the XXL, maybe even the XXXL. Overall, it is a well made compression shirt and will fit properly/do what it's intended to do IF you are honest and get the size you actually need (and go with the larger of your measurements for chest/waist).
