I haven’t cleaned the baseboards in my house for a really long time. The reason? It’s a pain, takes a lot of time and effort, and I usually use a paper towel and water, which doesn’t work very well.I’ve never seen something like this before and thoguht I’d give it a try. I would say it works pretty well. First, it has an interesting consistency when opening the package…spongy, squishy and soft. It cleans the baseboards much better than a wet paper towel and it makes the work a lot faster and easier. Now, it doesn’t do a perfect job. I have to sometimes go back and forth over an area and still I can’t completely clean it, but it’s not like this is magic or anything. The handle part doesn’t make a hole lot of sense to me, as it collapses when applying pressure during cleaning. So, despite that, it’s not the most comfortable thing to hold and manipulate. But it’s got me motivated to clean the baseboards again, which is really something!

I like the feel of these. Not light, solid and very spongy. They hold water well and the grooved sides allow you to clean Tupperware, silicone and other types of covers as it gets into the grooves.The handle makes cleaning things like tabletops or counters easy.Great sponge.

A few weeks ago, I reviewed a product that was made of the same material and had a similar but somewhat different shape.In part, that review said, "We probably all know that a damp or wet sponge is good at scooping hair out of carpets. This sponge is no exception, but the grooves seem to work better to grab the hair. A traditional sponge will quickly shred itself against a carpet surface, but this sponge shows very little sign of wear or damage. The vendor says Durable, and I'd probably rank that as its most unusual aspect."Whether with flat side out or ribbed side out, the size and shape of the sponge fit perfectly into a hand. It's easy to switch between the flat and ribbed sides on the spur of the moment."And it washes as clean as could be expected. The fine pores take up some dust, but after a good rinse, the sponge looks pretty good."In comparison, this current product expects to be held by the raised handle ridge on the back, and not scrubbed on the side ribs except by exception. I like these a lot, but I think I prefer the other shape.

These are great for just about everything! I know they are marketed for dusting, which they do an excellent job at, but they are great for dishes, floors, tables, whatever! I cut one in half and used it for the dishes. It soaps up amazingly. I even used one kind of like a mop to wipe up a heavily trafficked area of our kitchen floor. I have a Swiffer, but sometimes I feel like that thing is just moving dirt around unless I put on a new pad every few inches of floor, which is expensive! I don't know what it is about these sponges but they wipe up the dirt and keep it in the sponge until you squeeze it out. I love them. They also grab dust like you would not believe, and they don't just fling it into the air. I don't know how I lived without these things. They will get rock hard when they dry out completely, but a little bit of water and they soften back up and are ready to go. Definitely would recommend these little green cleaning machines!

I was impressed with how well these sponges grab onto the dust and dirt and hang onto it until I rinsed it off. It made my cleaning much easier and saved me a little more time as well. I love how little effort it took to remove grease and grime from almost anything I’ve used it on so far. The exception might be using it on rough surfaces such as unfinished concrete or something that might damage the sponge. I’ve not been able to test that that yet since I don’t have anything like that to use it on.It holds up very well and I’ve used them in every room and they are really great for wiping up heavy dust and dirt. They are good and thick and have a “handle” shaped into the top for holding on to and it makes them even more easy to grip.I recommend trying this sponge and I’ve already ordered more for myself.

The 4-pack of pre-moistened sponges arrived individually wrapped in a sealed plastic wrap. They must be used slightly damp. Mine were ready to use out of the wrapper. I've used two sponges so far, but they work great. The sponge-like material dries hard but rinse them with water and they absorb and soften very quickly. Wring it to a damp state and go to work. On a marble countertop it gathers dust or small particles like a squeegee and leaves a smooth surface that dries quickly. The ridges allow it to clean the small gaps in tile or window tracks. I've also dedicated a sponge for car detailing. I used mine on my car dashboard, door trim, some plastic and glass. A new cleaning tool for me.

Great sponges for any corner you can find to scrub. Pretty durable even under hard scrubbing. one of those things you didn't know you needed.

They do a great job. I love them.
