This was a great purchase for the beach, it is thin, but don't be misled by your immediate impression. The towel is perfect for this purpose, it acts a beach mat, will dry your body quickly, and dries quickly in the sun and dryer. It does not seem to hold onto the sand so you won't be dragging that home either! I really like it and will be purchasing another one soon. Great price too

It’s super absorbent! When I first opened the product I thought the material was not microfiber like and not absorb anything. However, I used it at a pool party and it worked perfectly. It got me dry and didn’t just push the water across my skin. It’s nice to the touch and very light weight. It also rolls into any bag with ease without being so bulky. It still works really well after a wash too. I’d definitely recommend.

My favorite towel, an extra large size that dries quickly. The colors are extremely vibrant even after washing.

Doesn't dry hair or body well

I bought this for my child who's a HS and club swimmer. Normal swim towels are small and made to absorb the water not cover you up while changing. This does both when the bath stalls are occupied. It folds up small to fit with the gear in the swim bag without being heavy and full of water like a regular towel. The bright colors match the swim bag too....so bonus!
